Dyrt och mindre bra! Kan omöjligt vara ett fyr-stjärnigt hotell.

Kvällsmaten var helt ok.

Cons:

Smörknivarna låg nere i byttan, fulla med smör.
De stekta äggen låg huller om buller som om det var äggröra, om där fanns några ägg överhuvudtaget!
Toaletten slutade inte att rinna.
Det låg ett gammalt tvål uppe på väggen mellan duschen och toaletten. Alltså dåligt städat!

Terrible customer service, expensive,

A nice hotel, but no AC and terrible customer service.

I paid double to get a room at this hotel, since it claimed to be 4 star, and I drove an hour extra.
When arriving at 11 pm, my room was 32 C hot. No AC, no fan, and opening the windows didn't help much, but letting in a lot of insects. At 4 am the room temp was down to 27 C and I could fall asleep for a couple of hours.

I travel immensely and I am easy going and don't ask for much. If I have any major issue, I always talk to the staff, to give them a a chance to compensate for any problem etc. A room where I can sleep is necessary though.

When I courteously approached the front desk (manager Annika), she was very rude, and not the least interested in listening. Continuously interrupting me, talking over me, not listening at all, she just let me know that it was just as hot in her home. I politely told her that all I expected was a room to sleep in. I didn't pay 1200 SEK more, for a supposedly 4 star hotel, to get the room and accomodation she has at home. Everybody can make a mistake, but when I calmly and courteously tried to talk it through, I was basically just shouted at. Such people should not work with service or customers. One of the worst ever (of thousands of hotel night, worldwide). Stay away from this hotel! Expensive and the worst service ever. Faulty Towers in real life.

Pros:

Lite bedagat, enkelt hotell. Ganska stora,gemensamma ytor. Man ser att det finns en vilja att det ska vara bra. Flipperspel, det fanns och det kan vara kul. Möjlighet till karaoke. Tråkigt att det var folktomt fast vi var där under högsäsong med vackert väder. Frukosten var strax under medel, men allt var fräscht. Bröd är viktigt för mig, det lämnade en hel del övrigt att önska. Vi frågade efter mera bröd, då gick hon in i köket och kom ut med en påbörjad baguette. Det fanns kylskåp för oss gäster i korridoren utanför rummet, jättebra. Där fanns oxå två tappkranar med och utan bubblor i iskallt, gott vatten. Karaffer så man kunde ta med sig till rummet. På rummet fanns skohorn, bomullspads, tops. Liten minibar med rimliga priser. Morgonrockar att låna och tofflor. Safetybox. Pall för resväskan så man slapp ha den på golvet.

Toppenbra hotell
Pros:

Fint tyst rum med gott om plats. Sköna sängar och fåtöljer . Härligt att vi kunde ta oss ett dropp vid bryggan med lånade badrockar från rummet. God frukost med mycket att välja på. Trevlig lobby och allrum. Utsikten över Vättern är strålande. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka/ Rickard

En vacker kväll vid Vättern

Ett lite enklare hotell men med ett fint läge vid Vättern. För oss räckte det men man ska inte ha för höga krav. Ingick en husmanskost middag på kvällen som för oss var en kålpudding som var rejäl o jättegod
