Pros:

We've been to this hotel three times in the past and do love many things about it - the staff are funny and friendly, the pool area is nice, and the food is tasty (albeit served at a snail's pace). It's just a shame about ... well, everything else.

Cons:

This place is falling apart. It's quickly evident that there's new administration and they're not spending enough on upkeep. The electricity comes and goes, everything looks and feels worn, the mattress is sinking in the middle.
We were put next to a construction site and asked to change rooms immediately - there was availability elsewhere on the property but the staff just didn't care, saying construction only starts at 10am and it's not a big deal (it starts at 7am and the balcony was on full display to the workers below).
On our last night, the generator burnt out and there was no air conditioning for 24 hours. I can sympathize with emergencies but this seemed par for the course and we weren't offered any sort of refund or much of an apology.
The beachfront is also the least maintained in the area regarding ocean debris, which says quite a lot about Blue Mango compared to others dealing with the same problem. We really hope they can bring this place back but, for the moment, I'd suggest staying with those other hotels.

L’endroit est paisible et la piscine est agréable.

Cons:

L’accueil laisse à désirer et le ménage n’est pas fait pendant le séjour. Le bar est inexistant. Heureusement, la personne qui prépare les repas le soir est formidable, mais le restaurant ferme à 19 h, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement en pleine forêt, sans autre option à proximité. La mer n’est pas du tout propre si vous comptez vous baigner. Il n’y a pas de minibar dans la chambre, dommage.

Los cabin hut no los recomiendo!
Pros:

Ubicación, tranquilo y cerca de la playa

Cons:

El “hut” donde nos quedamos es un sauna con cama. Mala ventilación y techo bajo hace muy incómodo poder estar dentro por el calor acumulado

Cons:

Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es gab auch kaum Gäste. Das Essen abends ist nicht empfehlenswert und sehr teuer, zumal das Essen uns doppelt abgerechnet wurde und bisher keine Erstattung der doppelten Zahlung erfolgt ist (trotz Nachweis und mehrfacher Nachfragen). Die sanitären Anlagen werden zwar gereinigt, riechen aber trotzdem unangenehm und die Toiletten sind schnell verstopft.
