Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist top!
Auch der Spa-Bereich ist bemerkenswert

Cons:

Es fehlt etwas an Platz und Gemütlichkeit rund um den Kamin.
Auch an der Bar mangelt es an Platz.

Das Gute an dem Hotel ist, dass sie Hunde akzeptieren. Der Platz, wo man sitzen darf ist leider ohne Fenster. Vielleicht

Schöne Ausstattung! Perfekte Lage…direkt an der Piste.

Cons:

Das Essen (Hauptspeise ) am Abend ist nicht sehr ansprechend hergerichtet. Oft auch geschmacklich nicht gut.
Salatbuffet ist gut.
Die Organisation des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht wirklich gut ausgebildet.

Es war absolut perfekt. Empfehlenswert die Lage , Zimmer , Sauna, Pool.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich bemängeln muß es war für viele Leute nur eine Kaffeemaschine da .
Das Abendessen könnte ein bisschen mehr sein und mit mehr Geschmack .

Sehr zufrieden, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Super Lage und wunderschönes Hotel. Genial ist der direkte Zugang zur Skipiste.

Cons:

Das Gemüse beim Abendessen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Die Lage ist das sensationellste was ich bisher gesehen habe. Schade das in dem Preis der exorbitanter Garagen Platz nicht inklusive ist und die Café taps abgezählt werden. Da stimmt was in der Überlegung nicht.

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Vaya.
Pros:

Wir waren 2 Naechte im Februar 2026 hier. Man geht aus dem Ski Keller raus und steht auf der Skipiste, super für alle Skifahrer. Frühstück und Abendessen waren reichhaltig und es hat super geschmeckt.

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat ein Whirlpool gefehlt., ansonsten ist alles prima

A super hotel for a mountain holiday in summer or winter
Pros:

Excellent service. Luxurious decor and comfort. Food good with excellent self service breakfast, starters and deserts.
Most excellent ski in out arrangement and ski room and pool and spa facilities excellent.

Cons:

Our winter and snowy visit was made very difficult as the main driveway was not cleared often enough. Cars could not make the hill up to the main entrance and managing luggage was almost impossible. The hotel had no facilities to help. There were no local hotel or taxi services to help.

Aufgrund des Schlechten Essens und Services nicht zu empfehlen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Cons:

Mangelhafte Qualität der Speisen und Serviceleistungen im Restaurant. Nur ein Badetuch je Gast für Wellness, dass ist in dieser Hotelklasse deutlich zu wenig, gerade als Saunergänger.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das leider mit dem Service enttäuscht hat.

Top Lage zum Skifahren und wunderschöne Infrastruktur des Hotels.

Cons:

Das Essen ist im Gegensatz zu den letzten Jahren viel schlechter geworden. Es gibt keine servierte Vorspeise mehr wie früher, was ich sehr schade fand. An einem Abend gab es Buffet, das war leider wirklich ungeniessbar. Die verschiedenen Töpfe waren wild gemischt nebeneinander ohne Struktur (zb. Dessert direkt neben dem Fisch für Hauptgang). Für Allergiker wirklich nicht empfehlenswert, denn nichts war angeschrieben. Weder was genau die Speise war, noch Zutaten die drin waren. Leider sind auch die Mitarbeitenden nicht wirklich hilfsbereit und unfreundlich (nicht ganz alle). Das Wasser im Spa Bereich ist zu kalt. Nach dem Skifahren wünscht man sich doch angenehm warmes Wasser, worin man einfach etwas entspannen kann.
