The location is perfect with plenty to do around, gaming bar, food and a bakery

Fate un favore a voi stessi: con qualche jd in più, andate in un vero albergo. Più di mezz'ora per fare checkin, e a seguire: nessun posto per appoggiare le valigie, armadietto minuscolo, bagno in comune a dir poco imbarazzante (tralascio i dettagli) .. Ad un certo punto non c'era più nemmeno acqua calda e non ci hanno avvisato di eventuali orari di disponibilità

When we arrived the hostel , the lobby toilet is no water , even have poo , is no one cleaning .
After Checkin , we used the bathroom and toilet is dirty and smelly feeling disgusting , and no water for shower and no hot water , so we left the hostel immediate and look for another hotel

Décevant ! Malgré le personnel très aimable et serviable la qualité de la prestation n’y est pas : la salle de bain pas adaptée aux nombres d’hôtes, douches et toilettes non fonctionnels, hygiène qui laisse à désirer..

Everything is good except no hot shower charge. Breakfast is good too.

Dirty, smelly, NO WATER FOR SHOWER, no hand soupe and hardly any toilet paper. Dangerous wet floor in the shower area. How that hotel got its license? Expedia DID not explained what instead a room tney offered CAPSULS, something like chicken cages, very disgusting, I wish a compensation for that abuse

Great for overnight for Petra. Annoyingly showers didn’t have hooks to hang your belongings but other than that, can not fault

El personal te ayuda en todo momento, te ofrecen servicios adicionales y facilidades para todo. Nos dejaron hacer el check out mas tarde de la hora y tras darnos una ducha. Tuvimos una confusión con la reserva al principio pero lo solucionaron sin ponernos problemas y sin cargarnos costes adicionales. Nos prepararon desayuno pic nic para poder ir a Petra muy temprano. En los dos días que hemos estado muy cómodos.

Stayed here for 3 nights in July. The location is great for those visiting Petra, but I would like to think there are better options in the area. The toilets/showers are in the same room as the beds which means you can hear everything. The bathroom was constantly covered in roughly 1cm of water at any time, making for an incredibly slippery surface in the marble tiles. There was often no soap and limited toilet paper. I have also never stayed in a hostel in the last 5yrs that didn’t provide at least community soap and shampoo through a wall dispenser in the shower.

The air conditioner runs at full blast at night but is turned off in the early morning which means by 9am it is sweltering in the rooms with the beds. Towels are provided on request but are the size of a hand towel.

I think for the price and amenities you can probably find something better in the area.
