Great value! But don’t expect the ritz at the low price
Pros:

Room smelled very clean on arrival. Didn’t love 4pm check in but they Had our room ready for us hour and a half in early after calling and asking. Clean no issues with anything like that. Great water pressure in shower. Most staff very friendly except one. Plenty of parking. Loved courtyard view. 20 minute normal paced walk to Citywalk. Quiet, safe. Didnt use shuttle to parks

Cons:

Tight sink space-used to larger double sinks at Disney so stuff was all over the place. Tub slippery when showering. Hot tub not working. one evening when we called to ask for towels and then we went down and got them ourselves. Housekeeping service little inconvenient - we didn’t want it necessarily but didn’t know how to go about having our towels collected and new ones brought. So by the end we had a mountain of towels under the sink area. No fan in shower/bathroom which made it steam up badly and no ventilation

Decent place
Pros:

Loved that it was really close to Universal Studios.

Cons:

Beds weren't very comfortable. Housekeeping didn't come at all in the 5 days we were there.
However, it was just a place to sleep and it was decent for that.

Pros:

Great location within 20 minutes walk of Universal Islands and Studios. Clean room with comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping has to be requested which is a bit of a pain and the shuttle service is limited so we only used it once.

Pros:

Location and price were very good. Free parking was good. The suite for 5 had adequate space for all of us.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was very poor. No direct lights on the ceiling, just a dim table lamp and a light above the sink, so on an evening the room was poorly lit.

Pros:

I loved the whole atmosphere. The customer service is always on point. We checked out Friday, and rechecked back in. The gentleman remembered us, and put our rooms by one another

Cons:

No microwaves in rooms. Had to go to front desk to heat up food.

Ho dovuto cambiare camera tre volte!

1. La camera ha subito un allagamento e sono stato spostato. 2. La nuova camera ha avuto infiltrazioni causa pioggia vicino impianto elettrico, la lampada del bagno si è riempita di acqua dal tetto (vedi foto) pericolosissima, sono stato nuovamente spostato di camera una seconda volta. 3. La camera che mi è stata data non corrispondeva a quella acquistata su Booking.
