Great location! Wasn't the newest or the cleanest however we travel with a dog so it's not easy to find a hotel.

Great location. Nice apartment. Plan to pay extra for everything
Pros:

Location was perfect for the event we attended. It’s walking distance to anything you need.

Cons:

Communication was poor. I sent messages several times to request a 3 rd person and to check in early. I was willing to pay the extra $45 to arrive at 2pm. Also the discharge instructions say to leave parking pass, but we were NOT offered a parking pass and the garages were $40/day

Price, it was clean. Loved room.

Cons:

On your website it states shuttle to universal studios, epic, and a couple more. That's the reason we stayed here. When we needed a shuttle to Epic I was told you don't shuttle there.
That was messed up. Now trying to find a way there and back. Now we know not to stay there again. You shouldn't say you shuttle there and mislead people to get them to stay in your hotel. Very unhappy!

Great location for accessing Universal Studios
Pros:

Hotel is very convenient and far enough off the highway that the interstate noise is minimal. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was nice and well maintained. Our room did not feel cramped and had updated furnishings.
