overall it was a great one!

The second shift security guard (was there working around 4pm) was helpful and courteous while the first shift (was there around 10am) needs to be a little friendly to your guess. And so with the young (like Chinese lady) on duty on the front desk.

Great stay and very comfortable.
Pros:

Pool was very good, fantastic bed, room was huge, exceptionally clean & the staff were really lovely.
Great night’s sleep. Close to car hire at Discovery Bay.
Stored bags before check in and let us use the pool which was great after an overnight flight.

Cons:

Nothing - it was great.

Quiet & comFortable
Pros:

The propert is 50-60 year old property in a salt water exposed in saltwater environment, facilitieS age. Is it a squeaky new out of the box facility? No. is it structurally sound located well, very clean and have a great staff absolutely, yes.

Great location unless you want to step onto sand. The price alone has tremendous value. It' a bargain when you are gouged $13 for a pack of cigarettes.

Pros:

I was on Oahu for a medical procedure at Queens Hospital. The location was a 15 minute drive to the hospital. The room met all my needs for this trip. The parking fee is extra at $30 per night.

Great value for good amenities and comfort
Pros:

I was genuinely impressed by the no-nonsense good management of the hotel. Extremely good value for all the necessary amenities including guest laundry, great general cleanliness and comfort of the room, and location to reach downtown, cultural attractions, Ala Moana, and Waikiki.

Cons:

Bathtub was slightly broken, the stopper wasn’t working properly. The location in north Waikiki was pretty filled with drug-users and homeless people who could be quite aggressive. It’s possible to avoid them but you should take care on the stretch of Ala Moana Blvd near the Hilton.
