Cons:

Nous avons demandé un renseignement à la réception mais la réceptionniste nous a pas trop aidé, elle a demandé au bagagiste de nous aider.

Great stay
Pros:

Central location for beach, town and transport to all sites via bus .. get a holo card!
Hotel Very hospitable and pleasant staff. Laundry service excellent.
Room well facilitated, comfortable and relaxing.

Cons:

Waikiki is noisy! It’s a city so be it!

Good location and price for a one or two night stay after a cruise.
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming. Bellhop also served as security for storing baggage in the lobby at 10am. He recognized us and remembered which luggage was ours when we returned at 3pm. Brought our luggage up and showed us how ac worked. Room is basic as expected, but location is an easy walk to convention center, beach, restaurants and bus stops.

Cons:

The slider window seal was broken so there was a constant annoying whistle sound in the room. I took our luggage tag and covered it during the night so it wasn't so loud. It was too windy and rainy to just open the window. Notified the desk of the problem when we checked out.
