Friendly staff
My room was based down an alleyway! Seemed unsafe for a woman walking home alone.
Handy middle of town
The bar closed way to early
Exceptionally helpful and friendly stsff
Location of the room ,too isolated from main hotel building .
The room was clean and I had a place to park my car... a very small lot.
No option for breakfast, the resident bar closed at 10pm and I had to get someone to unlock the gate to get my car out.
Quite. Great location.
View to the alley and the people passing by.
Perfect location, car was safe, staff were amazing, even ordered a taxi for us
Staff friendly
I think hotel may be housing asylum seekers. The 'annex' is recently refurbished but is like call down a laneway at the back of the hotel. Did not stay & moved to another hotel.
The bed was comfortable
Good water pressure
No breakfast facilities
No parking
No room phone
No water in room
No lift
Bar closed at 10
No receptionist
Informed we were staying in a refurbished annex..that was so not the case ..it was a dingy room with ugly view..needs refurbishment
Heineken on tap was vile
Staff
Annex rooms is are at best Hostel/Emergency Accommodation standard.
Room has nothing to offer bed is hard and right next to toilet door so I can hear every single thing. Doorstop practicaly planted in middle of floor. I have so much to say but no room to say it except if the imperial hotel is in fact a hotel once again either fully commit or take sign off front of building you had no sports on TV no breakfast option I should have drove straight home to be honest the only saving grace from this visit was the excellent staff
Location. The room was basic but adequate. Are in the bar and although the staff were nice, some more training needed
Not there long enough to form an opinion I'd have to say the approach to the annexed rooms was a bit dodgy. Broken path and a lot of trip hazards
They could have turned on the heating given the drop in temperature.
