When we were staying the heat was absolutely unbearable, I understand the hotel cannot help the weather outside but when I asked if I could have a fan for the oven of a room I was given the tiniest one from a spare in an office. The room wasn't clean and had thick dust on many areas. There ended up being a water ban that we were not made aware of, so not only did we not have any running water to cool off or indeed have a shower for basic hygiene purposes but we also could not flush away the waste in our toilet... we couldn't spend any real time in the room because of this. We did complain on check out and the woman on reception was probably the best part of the stay, she was very apologetic and advised we should have been told. I would go as far to say I would actually like a partial if not full refund as this wasn't a cheap stay .. for the money I would 100% expect better.
No air con in the hotel, room very run down and floor very un even, no lift to carry our heavy luggage up to 3rd floor. Broken light fittings.

Zimmer im Hinterhof, roch leider stark nach Schimmel. Möbel eher älter und sehr einfach gehalten. Ein Kissen war blutig.
Rooms were very disappointing, broken tiles, blind fell down in bathroom. Bathroom very old and dirty looking. Location is good. Didn't have breakfast as they only offered a continental breakfast. Staff were friendly. No lift in this hotel just in case you need one.

No elevator - which is seriously not helpful when you’re on top floor!
The staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally situated. I had stayed there previously, mainly because of its location. My bed was very comfortable and the room was airy.
I had forgotten that the hotel does not have an elevator. I didn’t remember to ask for a low floor, but the staff took my bags to my room, which was very helpful.

Location and secure parking for motorcycles.
Rooms small, (looked like en suite bathrooms had been squeezed in).
Breakfast offering was poor and not good value so we went into town to a cafe.
