Comfy bed, very friendly staff, beautiful bar.
Another guest in the annex was slamming doors throughout the night which kept us awake. As we entered the room the smell of bleach was extremely strong.

No lift, window in our room didnt close and there was no heating. Beds very hard.

Great location 👌 right in the town
Staff were very friendly
Price was higher for the rose festiva 170 one night with no breakfast, But didn't state they have no parking as roads were closed of at the weekend and it costs to park 5 miles away and dragged bags through the streets only to be placed in the 3 floor with no elevator and wonky staircase banister...plus waiting 20 minutes to check in as staff have to double job ...toilet on arrival was blocked and room didn't feel fresh ...walls also could do with a coat of paint 🎨

La surface de la chambre qui avait un lit en trop pour nous.
Sobretudo da localização central. O hotel é antigo e um dos quartos era muito pequeno.
O espaço comum era um sofá na recepção ou cadeiras no bar.

Great potential and beautiful building but not used to its best
It would be great if the outside door to the Annex locked auromatically when closing. Guests had difficulty. including myself, locking it with the key each time. Easy fix.
Staff great tried hard to make up for the failings off the hotel
Room dated, scruffy bathroom, dirty carpet,
torn curtain, no beer in bar told haven't had any for 18 months breakfast 10 euros for a very limited menu that they weren't to keen on doing .Car Park space tight for larger car .
