Pros:

Location was superb, and great pool and entertainment area.

Cons:

Room was not insulated, so we could hear everything from outside, and there was not a blackout in our room.

La hermosa ubicación y el amable servicio del personal se ven opacados por fallas de funcionamiento

Lo más destacable del hotel es la atención del personal y la vista hermosa a la represa. Nos dieron una habitación con una muy buena vista, lo agradecemos. También hay café disponible todo el tiempo. El restaurante está bien y los precios nos parecieron justos.

Cons:

No hay buena presión de agua en los sanitarios. Nos quedamos sin agua durante un par de horas el último día de nuestra estadía. El agua de la piscina es helada, no tiene calefacción, lo cual es engañoso en el anuncio. Nos cobraron una tarifa diferente a la reservada por booking a razón de un seguro para la bebé con la que viajamos, al momento no hemos recibido la factura que demuestre que efectivamente el cobro adicional fue por eso (y la pedimos en varias ocasiones en la recepción). Las fotos al parecer son del inicio del hotel, en genral está deteriorado. Nunca hicieron limpieza a la habitación en una instancia de 4 días, tuvimos que pedir que vinieran el último día a cambiar las papeleras llenas.

La ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

La piscina no estaba climatizada y es muy frío el lugar. No hicieron aseo a nuestra habitación, la excusa que dieron fue que debíamos haber dejado las llaves. Sin embargo, dicha advertencia no nos la dieron al hacer check in, ni estaba escrita en las instrucciones pegadas al interior de las habitaciones.
