Le cadre était magnifique,merveilleux et la chambre était sympa et.propre

Cons:

Le personnel était limite,(baillement en vous parlant et casiment inexistant et peu serviable...ils ont même pas réussi a commander un taxi du coup nous avons dú marcher 2km jusqu'a une station de service...

Everything thing was great. Staff was friendly and service was great.

No fan in the room, not even a small plug in fan. So the room got real hot at night even with the balcony door open with curtains shut.

Estuvo muy bien que estuviera cerca del peñón y pudimos ir caminando, todos fueron amables y tenía una linda vista y una linda piscina

Wonderful hotel to relax. Nearby El Peñón de Guatapé
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a wonderful view and great accomodation. The hotel really makes you relax and you feel connected with the nature. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The staf doesn't speak English and are not always super helpful. Nevertheless, when we approched them ourselfs, they were ready to help and they were honest.

Wir können das Hotel selbst nicht bewerten, da wir storniert haben. Positiv ist, dass wir unkompliziert nach Fristablauf stornieren konnten.

Cons:

Der Pool war geschlossen / leer. Das kann passieren. Man hätte uns davon aber vor Anreise Informationen sollen. So standen wir vor Ort und mussten eine Alternative suchen.

Excelente experiencia en Mansión by Bernalo Hotels. El hotel es cómodo, tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado: se puede llegar caminando a Guatapé y también queda cerca de restaurantes. La atención fue muy buena y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Demasiada publicidad para lo básico que es

Que se vea directamente la piedra está lindo

Cons:

El diseño de las habitaciones no es el más cómodo, la ducha no es agradable en su ubicación, el balcón no tiene una mesa o silla ideal y el cuarto no tiene un cajonero para guardar las cosas así que toca dejarlas por el piso

We absolutely loved our stay at Mansión by Bernalo Hotels. The hotel was beautiful, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The location was also perfect for exploring the area.

Cons:

Honestly, we had a wonderful experience and nothing significant to complain about. Everything was very well organized and exceeded our expectations.

Un poco incómoda sin poder disfrutar de todas las vacaciones instalaciones como el jacuzzi y el turco

El jacuzzi fuera de servicio 😵‍💫increíble para ser un día festivo ,además que no tienen piscina para niños .
