Cons:

Atención por parte del personal. En Cali estaba el día sin carro. Solicitamos a la recepción quedarnos más tiempo en las instalaciones. El hotel nos permitió quedarnos pero con la condición de no poder usar la piscina mientras esperábamos que la restricción se terminara. Realmente siento que falta mejor trato por parte del personal.

Todo delicioso, el Jacuzzi espectacular el agua estaba super apenas para el clima. La piscina la disfrutamos mucho.
