Harika bir seçimdi:)
Pros:

Öncelikle konumu harika.Yürüyerek her yere beş dakika ve keyifli oluyor. Benim için diğer en önemli özellik ise temizlik olduğundan tesis bu konuda çok iyi. Tertemizdi herşey. Bir talebiniz olduğunda da resepsiyon için birine ulaşmak 3 saniye.Güvenlik olarakta çok iyiydi.Kısacası her anlamda memnun kaldım, bir daha Amsterdam'a geldiğimde ilk ve tek tercihim olacak:)

Perfect location for our 1 night stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very close to the train station and cruise port. The room was "as described" in the details.

Cons:

Some of the rooms were not ready for our party. The doorbell did not work to get inside the property. The staircase was steep and curved which made it hard to take luggage up and down.

Lovely little self-service hotel in great location.
Pros:

Amazing location. Beautiful refurbished old building. Very clean and well kept. Great support from the digital receptionists. Super close to central station.

Cons:

I had no problem personally but I’m sure the narrow stairs up to the rooms can be an issue for some people, especially in combination with heavy or bulky luggage. Also no in-person receptionists in case you prefer that, however the person you meet digitally were quick to respond and very supportive.

direkt neben dem Canal

Cons:

Das "Hotel" hat keine Rezeption. Wenn man Einlass bekommt, dann kann man über einem Monitor einen Onlinereceptionist kontaktieren, die einen eincheckt, in dem man selber die Zimmerkarte auf den Kartenleser gibt und hofft, dass dieser Mitarbeiter die Karte tatsächlich aktiviert. Wenn das nicht passiert, dann darf man schon wieder 4 Stockwerke runtergehen (passierte meine Kollegin), um noch mal die Karte schreiben zu lassen. Diese Onlinereception ist gleich beim Eingang und davor gibt es zwei Zimmer. Ich war in einem dieser Zimmer und musste die ganze Nacht alle 30 Minuten anhören, dass jemand einchecken wollte. Viele nicht Holländer, die ihren schlechten Englisch mit Brüllen kompensieren wollten, damit der Onlinerezeptionist sie versteht. Wenn aber niemand vor dem Zimmer im Vorraum gebrüllt hat, dann haben Leute direkt vor dem Zimmer auf der Straße randaliert. Das hauchdünne einglasig verglaste Fenster hielt keinen Lärm ab. Es ist eine Zumutung. Wenn schon kein Rezeption vor Ort, dann hätten sie die Zimmer von oben beginnend vergeben sollen, damit wenigstens die bereits eingecheckte und schlafende Gäste nicht alle 30 Minuten wegen Neuankommenden geweckt werden. Jedes Hostel hat mehr Qualität, als das Hotel. Im Zimmer 2 im Erdgeschoss war das Bad noch dazu komplett verschimmelt und hat gestunken.

Lovely hotel - comfy beds and convenient location
Pros:

The location was very central and convenient. The check in with the hologram was cool. The bed was really comfy.

Cons:

It was quite loud in the night due to how central it is. The shower in the bathroom was either burning hot or freezing cold.

A great stay in Amsterdam, great location by the canal.
Pros:

Location was brilliant and you felt immersed with Amsterdam’s culture.

Cons:

Certain aspects of the stay were disappointing. In the room, the television didn’t work and there was no mirror in the main room for people to get ready. There was a mirror in the bathroom but the lighting in there was not great. Next time, I would get a room upstairs due to noise downstairs of people checking in and coming through main doors. The facilities were good enough for 1 night.

Mooie kamer en prachtige locatie
Pros:

Prachtige locatie.. en heerlijk schone grote kamer.

Cons:

We zouden 14:00 uur mogen inchecken maar de kamer was nog niet klaar!
Kan gebeuren maar we mochten helaas ook niet even gebruik maken van het toilet. 😞
Zoek maar een barretje op. 😞
