Acceptable if the bathroom smell was not there
Pros:

Location and real air conditioner 😍

Cons:

The bathroom smells bad, from the floor above, and there was no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and high steps

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

One of the staff came into our room while we were asleep....no knocking. He left immediately amd apologised but it was unacceptable. The cleaning g lady just started cleaning at 4pm once we arrived back after being out all day....so we got new towels only. The room (5) was by the left luggage and was noising.

Smell of mold. Not recommended.
Pros:

The property is near the train station
The room was recently renovated
The staff was very kind and professional
After our complains even though they could find us a room in their hotel, they gave us the option to cancel the room for free and book somewhere else.

Cons:

The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. My sense of smell is not very developed but even for me that was too much.
The room we were checked into had no canal view. The photos on the room description advertised a canal view. Our window gave in the small court inside the house with technical facilities where luggage is stored.
Also, the windows didn’t open and we didn’t find any ventilation in the room.
No stairs in the building

Helaas totaal niet wat we verwacht hebben.
Pros:

De locatie is prima.

Cons:

We hadden een 4 pers kamer beneden. Geen oog dichtgedaan. Kamers super gehorig. Ieder uur wakker geworden van gasten die thuiskwamen of vertrokken. Airco werkte niet.

Pros:

THe Location in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT !! I had NO IDEA it wasin the middle of such a bad area

Cons:

THe floors were dirty ! The NOISE and door banging ALL NIGHT ! THE screaming !! IT was AWFUL
I also hated the check in on a screen !!! HOrrible!

A great hotel that met many of our needs. Excellent location but a few finishing touches need looking at.

Pros:

Our stay here was clean, comfortable, and had an excellent location for easy travel via train and walking about the city! It was on a quiet street which we appreciated and had a beautiful canal view. Please note staircases are narrow and tall and rooms can be tight, so if looking to spend a lot of time in room keep this in mind.

Convenient location close to the station and city centre

Cons:

In the room we had the large double bed was pushed up to the wall under the roof slope which made it awkward and somewhat uncomfortable for the person on that side of the bed

Un lindo lugar, buena decoración cerca de todo y frente al Canal.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, frente a un canal y con acceso a todas las zonas importantes. cerca de la Estación Central de trenes desde donde puedes ir a visitar otros pueblitos como ir directo al Aeropuerto. Si bien se manejan con Recepción virtual, siempre nos atendieron inmediatamente muy amablemente. Como era una sola noche de conexión, pedimos si tenían una habitación en planta baja para no tener que subir con las maletas y nos dieron una, muy amplia, bien decorada y excelente baño.

Cons:

The stairs. The were very steep and to walk up two flights of stairs with your luggage wasn't the best. Its better for those with backpacks but not with suitcases.
