Ottima posizione, camera molto bella, ampia con vista suggestiva sul canale. Deposito bagagli. Self check in/out.

Pulizia purtroppo mediocre. Scarsa illuminazione.

Cons:

燈光昏暗，樓梯窄陡(舊有建築可以理解)，6人房只附2張椅子1張矮桌，衣櫃很小，說是小型廚房，其實就只有咖啡壺，廁所排水很慢，清潔人員有一天沒一天，沒乾淨毛巾還要自己線上討

Pleasant and great location

Room was clean and comfortable, the beds were great.

Cons:

We did have an unfortunate toilet issue whereby the toilet flusher was broken. Due to no staff on site, it took a few hours to try sort, we had 6 people who needed to use the toilet and no toilet for 3 hours. They could not give us other rooms,as they were fully booked. They were able to fix the toilet with a temporary setup but it did impact the room as the seweare could be smelt. I do think they tried their best to resolve it in a quick time frame. It was unfortunate for us that we were there only 2 days and 1 night and felt this issue took significant time to sort in our short time there. But they were very helpoful and accomodating as much as possible in this situation.

Perfect but needs noise cancelling in ground floor

The location was perfect and the room size was great! Bathroom was nicely done, loved the under floor heating

The room we had was right next to check in so we were being woken up at 7am by the guests trying to check in and out
