Pros:

Siteniz Üzerinden 18-20 şubat tarihler için bu otelden ( Kashirskaya) rezervasyon yapmıştım, otele gittiğimde Oda olmadığını, belki başka otelde konaklamak için yardımcı olmaya çalışacaklarğını söylediler, ben sizin sitenizden yaptığım rezervasyonu mail ile kendilerine gösterdikten sonra durumu kabul ettiler, ama maalesef söz konusu odayı sattıklarını, yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Sizin müşteri şikayet telefonlarınıza ulaşmaya çalıştım, bunu fark ettikleri anda da beni engellemeye çalıştılar. Netice olarak gecenin geç vaktinde Bu şehirde otel aramak zorunda kaldım, söyleyecek hiçbir şey bulamıyorum.
Benim sormak istediğim şu, sitenizden otel rezervasyonu yaparken bundan sonra hep tedirgin mi olmalıyım.
