Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt vom Check in bis zum Check out. Alle waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Such an amazing and relaxing place just a short walk to Oia. It was nice to be a little set apart when the crowds were busy shopping. Staff was great and the same every day so we became familiar with them. Very accommodating. My only less than 5 stars was that the bed was too hard for me.

Très bel hôtel, calme, à 5 minutes en voiture d’Oia. Personnel très accueillant et de bon conseil. Piscine parfaite, propre et fraîche.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas génial et monotone. Peu de choix ou alors payant. À revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Comfortable but location is a big miss
Pros:

The rooms were good size and the pools were very clean. Good effort by staff to keep tidy.

Cons:

The location. Finikia town and bus stop requires steep uphill walk.

Main swimming pool is too deep for non swimmers especially those with children.

Lage top: Fussdistanz zu Oia, die Speisen im Restaurant, grosszügiges Frühstück, wunderbar eingerichtete Zimmer, aehr bequemes Bett. Optisch wunderschöne Anlage.
Das absolute Highlight: das Personal: man hat das Gefühl, ein echter Gast zu sein. Man spricht miteinander, lernt sich etwas kennen, nie aufdringlich, immer aufrichtig freundlich bis herzlich. Immer wird geholfen und man wird verwöhnt. Das hat den wahren Unterschied gemacht!

Cons:

Leider lag unser Zimmer auf die Strasse raus, die war sehr laut. Die Motorräder und besonders die Quads schienen mir durchs Bett zu fahren.
Etwas wenig Schattenmöglichkeiten am Pool.

The place was amazing. The staff was kind, the pools were stunning, the hotel was in a great location about a 20 minute walk to the center of Oia or a 3 minute drive. There were days when our room was cleaned twice a day.

Cons:

There were no vegetables at breakfast, the beds weren't particularly comfortable - but the experience was so good that it was a minor detail.
