Experiencia incrivel e um desejo enorme de voltar.
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. A Localização é otima, habitação limpa e bem cuidada. Ficamos no coração da zona hoteleira e ao lado dos principais destinos. A equipe do Krystal Cancun é maravilhosa.

Cons:

Infelizmente fui em uma epoca de muito sargazo, foi o unico ponto negativo em toda viagem. Porem, o cidade é otima e todas as atraçoes são acessiveis.

The hotel facility’s like the pools, bars, restaurants, and beach access are amazing. The location is also very central to restaurants and bars removing the need to take a taxi/uber everywhere.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit dated and the costs of things are more aligned with the US than Mexico but these are minor issues.

Fora a falta de elevador e a demora do café. foi tudo muito bom!

Localização excelente, perto de tudo. restaurantes, mercado, farmácia.

Cons:

Só havia um elevador no hotel, então demorava muito. Tínhamos que usar as escadas sempre. Também o café era servido por um atendente o que que é muito ruim, pois no horário de pico eles não conseguem atender a todos rapidamente e ficávamos esperando muito até o café chegar, não entendi porque não tem as garrafas de café como em todo hotel.

酒店下午3:00办理入住，我们等到3:00，跟我们说还没有清洁好，要到4:15才可以，因为把我们安排到同一层。如果不想等，就分开楼层。我们4:30回来半入住，说打扫好了，上去后还有一间在打扫，等到了5:30才进去。隔音效果也特别差，隔壁住了一对年轻人。音乐一直放到晚上12点，特别大声，投诉后关了。结果第二天早上5:00，又开始放音乐，很痛苦。酒店也不提供一次性牙具，让我去旁边的药店买，两个要刷要120比索。

Buena ubicación en la zona hotelera de Cancún

Cons:

Tuvimos varios problemas en el hotel, aunque Aurora (la responsable) trato de solucionarlo para mejorar nuestra estancia, no nos vamos satisfechos. Las zonas comunes estan correctas, pero las habitaciones bastante dejadas. Muchisima humedad en la habitacion, se escuchaba mucha musica de la calle y no podias descansar aún estando en piso 6, todo viejo y descuidado excepto zonas comunes, la comida del bufet de calidad muy justa, los ascensores no funcionaban correctamente en algunos momentos… en general un 3 sobre 10.

The hotel is very well-located, the crew is so gentle and attentive.

Cons:

The hotel was completing 40 years during our stay, so it seems that the age itself started to charge its price (some items in the room seemed to have a weak and bad maintenance, only one elevator was working what led us to use the stairs in most of the times, dirty caused by other guests was easily found laying around on the floor).

La habitación mucho que desear. Un olor a humedad muy desagradable. El baño muy viejo y en el techo se apreciaban las humedades. Debajo del lavabo había unos tres hierros oxidados que sobresalían con los que fácilmente podías cortate
