Der Service und das Perspnal war hervorragend!

Cons:

Die in-house Restaurants und das Frühstückbuffet hingegen traffen nicht ganz meinen Geschmack. Auch das Gym hätte etwas sauberer sein können, erfüllte aber seinen Zweck :)

Just the hotel improve the informations. For example the stairs hole was not informed on anywhere so I could not find the stairs.

Overall a nice place and I will surely come back again
Pros:

Hotel was very comfortable, rooms were large sized and clean
Reception desk rather small compared to the large hotel size

Cons:

2 lifts are inadequate for room guests
There was a large delegation of sports personnel on the days I stayed and it wasn't easy to go up & down the lists
as also the buffet restaurant was very noisy

Exceptional Stay at sonesta hotel
Pros:

The staff and facilities in the hotel were exceptional. The staff were readily available to assist when needed. The facilities were good and basic. The restaurants also served good food and some were available till late at night. Location was perfect and central with accessibility to taxis. The hotel also offered free airport transfer when we checked out.

Cons:

I liked every part of my stay.

Cons:

Neatness , sharing an image showing how dirty the part in room behind the bed was . The dust was there perhaps not cleaned since days . Wasn’t expecting this from a 5 star .
