Maria at the guest relation was extremely helpful and polite, very happy with her behaviour.
I would suggest to have an automatic coffee machine rather than only having coffee pot during breakfast.

In one word - everything!
This hotel is conveniently located between Cairo city & the international airport, that makes it ideal to explore around. Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade to their Premium room that was chic, luxurious & ultra comfortable. The hotel had all the facilities that one could imagine in a 5* property - We used the bank, gym, spa, pool & a number of restaurants on the premises which increased the convenience factor. The breakfast was good, the service overall was top notch and the comfort was much higher than expected. The concierge arranged us a day tour and airport shuttles. The guest relations ensured our stay was comfortable and checked in with us every day.
Thanks to their guest relation executives, Maria & Habiba and their concierge and other staff who went an extra mile that made our stay extra special. I would definitely like to come back again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Cairo for leisure or business.
The only improvement I would suggest is the Wifi connection - its sometimes weak in some parts of the hotel. It wasn't a big issue for us though.
