Great option for airport
Pros:

Sonesta is a good option if you have a flight early morning, as it only took us 10 minutes to get from the hotel to check in.
However it’s in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by offices, so there’s nowhere to eat, or visit within walking distance.
The onsite dining choices are good, with an Italian, an international, a Sushi restaurant and a Lebanese, as well as a small coffee shop and cake and pastry shop.
Rooms are a good size though looking a little dated. We were on the tenth floor near the presidential suite which gave us access to a luxuriously appointed lounge area.
The building is massive and the pool and bar area have extensive grounds if you want to go outside.

Beautiful Historic Hotel

This is a beautiful historic hotel. The room was spacious and we had a nice view of the pool and gardens. Very quiet for a city hotel.

It was the worst travel experience of my life.

Cons:

It was the worst experience.
All other hotels were accommodating to my request, but this hotel forfeited the entire amount.
At the end, I was charged the full amount for three nights even though I didn't stay.
Even though it was an emergency, they didn't even reply for over five days.
Their service was completely devoid of hospitality from start to finish.

Older Hotel, very nice stay.
Pros:

We booked last minute as we evacuated Israel to fly out of Cairo. Room service was great. Restaurants on site were good. Very nice employees and helpful. Older hotel but felt safe here. Grateful for this hotel and the hospitality of employees.
