The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. A very special thanks for Miss. Maha, from guest relations department for making the check-in / out very easy and the stay being very comfortable.

ماشاء الله الاخوه والاخوات في الفندق متعاونين . الدخول كان سريعا ولم يكن هناك تأخير . اشكر طاقم الفندق وخاصة الاخوات حبيبة و فيرونيا وسلفيا ومها والجميع صرحتا ما قصروا . اشكرهم جميعا.

Comodo all'aeroporto.
Camera spaziosa.
Pulizia ottima della camera, un po' meno gli spazi comuni.

Cons:

Colazione molto scarsa e monotona.
Struttura vecchia con insonorizzazione pessima e aria condizionata molto rumorosa e non regolabile nell'intensità.
Temperatura dell'acqua non costante, spesso la doccia diventa bollente o ghiacciata.
WiFi molto lento e con frequenti disconnessioni.
Mancano prese di corrente di fianco al letto.

الاستقبال كانو قمه في التعامل و حسن الاخلاق واخص الاخ شريف الذي كان بشوشا و متساعدا و كذلك قام مشكورا بترقية الحجز . و لا انسى ذكر الاخوات مها و حبيبه من علاقات الضيوف على متابعة راحة العملاء و استقبال اي ملاحظات بصدر رحب .
نظافة و ترتيب الغرفه جدا ممتازه و اشكر لذلك الاخت مي لمتابعتها ادق التفاصيل .
خدمة الغرف كانت رائعه و الاكل لذيذ و وقت الانتظار جدا معقول و اشكر الاخ جمال حريص على متابعة رضى العميل عن الخدمه بنفسه .
