The personnel was really welcoming and i was checked in before the time set in order to ensure my comfort.
I want to specifically thank Mr Wael whom i met frequently on my floor, and Habeeba, Michael and Maha at the reception who not only helped me out with hotel matters but went as far to recommend me their good spots around Cairo. I wouldnt have picked a better stay for my first time in Egypt and Cairo.
The breakfast is also really good which was a great idea to have included in my stay instead of going each day to look for breakfast elsewhere.
The phone which didnt work and the remote control sometimes.
