One of the worst stays of My entire live
Pros:

The positioning of the hotel because it was in the city centre

Cons:

It was unfortunately a very unpleasant stay. The rooms where Dirty, there was no drinking water available. The Windows could not be opend. We also where promised a view but the only view we got where Stone Walls Outside of our Window. Overall the Rooms seemed like a cheap Motel instead of a high end Hotel.

Giriş için checkin yapmadığımızdan dolayı bizden 500 Euro para istendi. 4 te girebilirsiniz odaya dediler. Kabul etmedik. Valizlerimizi emanete bıraktık çıktık zaman geçirmek için sonra 1 saat sonra bizi arayıp odanıza giriş yapabilirsiniz dediler.

Renaissance facilities are top notch but staff and hospitality need to rise to the occassion

Cons:

The front desk staff were pleasant but it was not like it has been in the past. The concierge desk is a miss and you coukd be welcomed with local delights like mini stroopwaffles etc and I miss that as well. The atmosphere is warm but not the hospitality. The refillable water bottles in the room maybe good for the environment but I prefer bottled water entirely.. did not feel safe to.me.

It was ok. Exec lounge was good

Given the advertising pics and price, I was expecting the best quality stay of our holiday. But what we got was ok, but a bit average.

Pros:

地理位置不错，出门去哪都很方便，到九街，红灯区走路10几分钟，门口吃的也很多。此外工作人员都很好，我觉得床也挺舒服，这是个加分项。

Cons:

订房时没太注意，可能定的比较便宜的房子，中间要走很长一段还要换乘电梯才能到，另外就是房间晚上能听到不间断的嗡嗡声，虽然不大，但对于睡眠轻的人还是影响挺大的。

Excellent staff, Excellent Location
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Lot's of variety and ample time to eat. They had something for everyone. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect 👌. It is near everything that you need.
