Pros:

Excellent location super kind and helpful staff. Our room was much smaller than we expected, considering how much we paid for it. There was very little storage space. I had to put my lingerie inside the safe. No space to move around the room. An annoying episode was that when we came back to our room at 7.30 pm, after an exhausting day, we discovered our room hadn't been cleaned. Had to wait for over an hour and lost our dinner reservation.

Eleganza, lusso e posizione centrale.
Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile anche in vista di un imprevisto di salute che mi ha colpito improvvisamente. Anche se pur avendo pagato oltre 900€ il giorno della partenza li ho visti preoccupati (sentendo anche i commenti) al vederci riposare un attimo fra il ritiro del bagaglio e la partenza verso la stazione. Purtroppo noi italiani godiamo di pessima fama nel mondo anche quando spendiamo parecchio.

Cons:

La ventilazione meccanica e l’impossibilità di aprire la finestra e di regolare il riscaldamento.

Pros:

Lounge was good.

Cons:

The room was in one corner of the hotel with limited access. Housekeeping missed our room and kept us waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. Room was spacious but poorly planned. Two televisions in the same room which was fine but when I used the remote for one TV the other TV also changed the channel which was silly. No place to sit except the bed.

The location is excellent, close to the train station—especially convenient for tourists who want to explore nearby places. It’s also very practical if you’re arriving from the airport.
The breakfast was average for my taste; in other European cities, hotels usually offer a wider variety of dishes.
The staff seemed more professional than genuinely friendly.
There is also a small bakery with coffee inside the hotel, called Janine—it’s really lovely.
There is a rooftop as well; we didn’t go, but it’s a great option if someone wants to go out and have a good time without leaving the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is designed in such a way that the windows in the rooms cannot be opened at all—they are completely sealed. There is no fresh air whatsoever; everything operates through ventilation. This is noticeable both in the rooms and in the hotel corridors.
The hotel is very large, and finding our room was quite complicated.

Belle découverte
Pros:

L’emplacement,la décoration,le choix des couleurs dans tout l’hôtel .
L’Ambiance générale et le confort des chambres et mobiliers.

Cons:

Une ou deux fois l’équipe du petit déjeuner était débordé et il a été difficile d’avoir une table propre et réinstallée.
Et deux fois pas de fromages ni de fruits(bananes,clémentines)et viennoiseries manquantes.
Le choix doit être équivalent pour tous pendant cette période.

Chambre bruyante avec les portes qui claquent, insonorisation inexistante, tarif exorbitant et service en deçà de toutes attentes. Personnel arrogant et indifférent( à l’exception d’un jeune réceptionniste italien)
