Very good hotel & staff
Pros:

The hotel is located perfectly and everything is walking distance. Room was clean and well maintained. The reception staff were brilliant, particularly Susan from Kenya. We had an issue with a leaky sink and once I reported it to Kyle on reception it was repaired within minutes. The bar staff are friendly, drinks are excellent although pricey- but worth it. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend this stunning hotel
Pros:

You will not be disappointed staying at this fantastic hotel. Reception team are amazing, very friendly and lots of advice on what to do during stay. The team in the executive lounge were amazing so friendly, happy to chat and gave brilliant suggestions for dinner that didn’t disappoint. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here rooms are perfect hotel is stunning and brilliant location. Looking forward to my return in February

It’s a maze .
Cons:

The hotel is like a maze. There is no signage point into the elevator. Guests roam the holes trying to find out where the elevator is.
