Beautiful hotel excellent staff and good breakfast. Loved the coffee options and tea in room.
Pros:

Location was good right next to the train station. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast included was excellent and nice variety of restaurants. Deco was nice and nice to have twin bedding room with queen.

Cons:

Hard to find the gym. Too big of a hotel.

The location of the hotel is great for Centraal Station and the main tourist attractions.

Cons:

I paid extra for a larger room with ‘better’ amenities such as bathrobes, slippers & hairdryer (which should be provided as standard) and Club Lounge access. When we checked in I asked if we had Club Lounge access and I was told I had an Executive Room. When we got to the room there were no robes, slippers or hairdryer and the Club Lounge access had not been added to our key cards. My husband had to ask reception for this to rectified which they did but it took two more request from us before we received a hairdryer. The bathrobes & slippers never arrived.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel.
Personnel très agréable.
Très bien situé.

Cons:

Hôtel visiblement conçu par des designers. Les chambres ne sont pas pratiques, par exemple aucun espace pour poser ses affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain et serviettes minuscules (indigne pour cette catégorie d’hôtels)

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im Hotel ( waren zu dritt ), waren im Hotel 4 Nächte . In einem Zimmer 4 Tage lang gab es kein Duschgel und keine Papierservietten , 2 Tage lang kein Badetuch . Ich habe das paar Mal dem Personal mitgeteilt. Keine Reaktion! Ich habe für die Putzfrau ein Zettel im Badezimmer hinterlassen mit der Bitte , diese Sachen zu bringen . Keine Reaktion !
Das ist nicht akzeptabel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel !

Beim Check -In wurde ein Deposit verlangt ( 50 € pro Zimmer pro Nacht ) . Wir wollten das bar hinterlegen, wurde gesagt - nur mit der Kreditkarte, Geld wurde blockiert, das war für mich gar nicht okay.
Das Personal ist überfordert, gleichgültig und gar nicht interessiert.
Das Hotel entspricht nicht den 5 Sternen .

Good stay, but 30 days after check-out they still haven't refunded my EUR 400 deposit.

Overall, it's a good hotel — good breakfast, good location, walking distance from the central train station, and friendly staff. Would be an 8-star rating if they solved the issue described below

Cons:

I'm giving 1 star simply due to the Hotel Management's lack of response. I booked 2 rooms, and at check-in I was charged a deposit of EUR 200 per room (EUR 400 total) on my debit card. I checked out on July 3rd, 2026 (30 days ago), and to this day the deposit has not been refunded. I've sent multiple messages through Booking.com and directly by email requesting the refund, but they have simply ignored me. To this day, they still owe me EUR 400.

Genel olarak Amsterdam’da konaklamak için tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi; şehir merkezinde olmasına rağmen sakin bir sokakta yer alıyordu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı ise beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Ayrıca katlarda bulunan su doldurma istasyonları çok kullanışlı ve çevre dostu bir uygulamaydı. Odalar ve banyolar yenilenmiş, temiz ve bakımlıydı.

Cons:

Yatakları çok rahat bulmadık ve odalar biraz küçüktü.

Incredible staff, beautiful hotel, amazing experience!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and modern, the rooms are comfortable, location is awesome…

It’s hard to go wrong with Marriott hotels whatever country you visit.


We previously had an unfortunate experience in Spain and just had to rebook the stay here, the hotel helped us and really showed what hospitality should look like.
They are the standard for everything, best food, best rooms and awesome service!

Da localização e do café da manhã.

Cons:

O horário de check-in marcado pelo hotel era das 16h às 17h, chegamos por volta das 16h30, pediram para esperar porque não havia quarto vago, disseram que fariam um upgrade, pois não havia quarto. Ficamos na recepção quase uma hora aguardando, no final, não teve upgrade nenhum, pelo contrário. Reservamos um quarto para três pessoas, mas chegando no quarto, havia apenas uma cama de casal e toalhas de banho apenas para duas pessoas. Desci e fiz uma reclamação na recepção, informaram que iriam resolver, ficamos no quarto aguardando e nada foi feito. Já passei por muitos hotéis e esta é a primeira vez que tenho este tipo de tratamento. Cobram por um serviço e entregam outro. Tivemos que dormir em três numa cama de casal.
