Nice location and great staff
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, comfy beds!

Cons:

Room was nice style but not functional. No place for towels or toiletries near the sink. Ackward layout of the sitting area. A towel bar or two would help.

I wouldn’t come back
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were friendly but a couple I interacted with were not trained or experienced properly with costumers in the hospitality sector and could not help me with my reservation.

Cons:

Room was spacious and clean but not as nice as I would expect for the price I paid. Room service was below average.

Pros:

The location is simply unbeatable. Right in the heart of old Amsterdam and within walking distance of the central station, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Cons:

The rooms are too small, and the cleaning wasn't up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.

Good location, friendly helpful staff . Breakfast was poor for a hotel that charges a premium
Pros:

Excellent location & good standard of rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was poor , most of the hot dishes were empty when it was at self serve counter. Dining room for breakfast was too small for a hotel of this size

Overall, it’s a good stay with very welcoming staff and location is perfect. Hotel is newly renovated.
Pros:

Location is perfect! There is filtered water available.

Cons:

I suggest to have a rack in the shower area as we do have some personal items like facial foam and has no where to put. But on the floor.

Wonderful stay at Rennaisance Lucerne
Pros:

Great location and really nice room.

Cons:

Booked the hotel through Booking.com because pricing was lower, but did not get any Marriott points because of the booking.
