I enjoyed it, it was pleasant.
Pros:

The decor, location and employees

Cons:

It said it had parking but turns out its 5 mins away and 55 euros per day. Which they mention but when we filter for parking we are looking for free hotel parking not street public garage.

Lovely hotel with really nice staff.
Pros:

The location was easy to find, the room was comfortable. The range of restaurants on the site was good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Apart from being told I could use a UK bank card to get on the tram. That did not work and I was not the only person experiencing issues.

Cons:

That I wasn’t told where to buy a tram ticket that should have worked.

Llegamos muy temprano a la mañana con la promesa que apenas estuviera lista la habitación se contactarían. No solamente

El Hotel está muy bien decorado, con mobiliario de diseño

Cons:

Principalmente el maltrato que recibimos en el check in por parte del manager. Desayuno mediocre para un hotel pretencioso.
