Pros:

Our room was good-clean and comfy beds, but you could hear the cars on the street and it sounded like there was a loading dock outside of our window. Bring ear plugs!! Friendly staff, and great location! Less than 15 minute walk from Hynes Convention Center and to Fenway Park on the green line. I think the rates were raised because of the game-not worth $400 a night!

Pros:

It was a great short term stay being a young/fit person. However, my mom came to watch me compete and not having an elevator available was tough on her. Also, there was a lot of construction going on (specifically on the second floor where I was staying), so walking on plastic, having painters tape on the door, limited accessibility to the rooms wasn’t ideal. It would’ve been nice if there could’ve been a discount on my stay or even allow my mom to park for free for the night since there was so much going on with hotel makeovers.
The pillows were comfortable though!

Pros:

Yes it had said it was under construction but they should not be able to still rent out rooms. They were literally doing intense construction in the second floor all day until 8pm and we were the room right under them. Expedia should have certain levels of criteria for a hotel to be able to use them,I’ve never had a worse stay in a hotel just hammering non stop. I picked this hotel because of how close it was to my work conference so I could nap in middle of the day which was not possible at all with the non stop banging.

Pros:

Numerous steps to get inside with heavy luggage. Steps inside as well and non working elevator. Hallway and stairs carpeting needed cleaned. NO parking close by and the hotel charges to park there.

Pros:

The property is nicely located and walkable. The surroundings are great as well. The staff was polite and welcoming.
My only complaint was that as the property is under renovation, I had a terrible morning the first night after. Noises from the parking and otherwise construction noises from the property didn’t let me have a peaceful morning sleep.

Pros:

The hotel was not convenient to any eateries close by and a bit of a maze to try and find your room. Staff person was very helpful and room was very clean and comfortable. One of the better priced hotels in Boston.

Hotel charged me after I booked through Expedia. I called the hotel several times and disputed through Expedia with no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable.

One of the worst hotel stays I ever had. TV didn’t work, no elevator service, dirty and parking garage was very dangerous. I am shocked they are open

Pros:

Old rundown, air doesn't work, have to wait 10 minutes for hot water, its a $100 a night hotel not a $400+

Better to sleep in your car
Pros:

Was very bare, no water to drink in the room. No silverware or glasses or plates. The TV didn’t work. The AC didn’t cool enough and was hard to read the dial. The price was good relatively but still at almost $400+ per night would’ve expected better. No gym too.
