The staff is amazing! Location is everything. We could walk to everything. The park was right outside the door and was so nice to walk in the morning with the kids! The hotel is clean, safe and comfortable! we will be back for sure! Thank you four seasons

We had a great stay. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a great hotel to choose the four seasons Boston.
Pros:

This is one great property. It is very well located in the midst of Back Bay Boston. It is close to most sites. But what really stands out about the property is the staff. I’m a pretty hard grader, but this staff is extraordinary. Everyone and I mean, everyone could not have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay.

Simply the best
Pros:

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Had a toy room for the kids to explore and take whatever they wanted! So many touches and clean and beautiful room. Can’t say enough about the staff, building and location. 5 out of 5 stars!
