Cons:

The lack of air conditioning in a room costing $400 per night was a significant disappointment, especially during the summer months. Sleeping comfortably with only a fan was difficult. This was also the only hotel we found in Copenhagen (we stayed for 3 weeks across different cities in Denmark) that did not clearly advertise that it does not have air conditioning. Had this been made clear before booking, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Plus the rooms were much smaller - very tight for even a single person stay

Eine sympathisches Hotel mit Flair und guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Ambiente und Flair, mit jungem, sehr sympathischem und überaus freundlichen Personal. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Norreport. Man kann von hier aus die Stadt gut erkunden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr warm (im Juli) und hat keine Klimaanlage (nur Ventilator). Man musste deshalb das Fenster offen lassen. Im Innenhof war es dann am Morgen aber relativ früh etwas laut (wegen Anlieferungen für den Hotelbetrieb). Die Dusche war alt und schwach.

Pros:

The interior design of the hotel, the lobby, and the restaurant part. Some members of the stuff of the front desk were helpful, specifically Hena, who was trying to help us in every way.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Considering the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation.

First, we were charged an additional €80 at check-in, which was described as a commission, even though this amount was not included in the price shown on Booking.com. This was unexpected and frustrating.

We were initially assigned a very small room, despite staying for six nights in Copenhagen. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to another room, but unfortunately the bathroom was in very poor condition. It was dirty, and the floor was damaged in several places, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to use.

Another issue was the housekeeping service. Staff knocked on our door repeatedly every morning around 9:00 a.m., with little consideration for guests who may be on vacation and wishing to rest or sleep in.

Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or value for money. Given the high cost of the stay, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

An excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and so helpful and very friendly. It is extremely clean and has lovely public areas to sit. Cosy hour was a very welcoming touch

Cons:

No air-conditioning in the room. The room was very hot

Expensive, but great stay in a beautiful city
Pros:

We loved the afternoon "cosy hour" with a free drink. It was quite popular with all of the other guests, too. There are so many areas to sit and relax which was nice since we were a party of 7 family members traveling together. Staff were super friendly and the location was pretty good within a short 5-10 min walk of the nearest metro. There was a food hall near there which was great for a cheaper dinner option.

Cons:

It was quite when we were there (not the hotel's fault) but a fan was supplied which was greatly appreciated. But the room did get stuffy. The hotel is much larger than I expected. Copenhagen is quite expensive so getting value was not easy.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, hatten aber Pech mit dem Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Angestellten freundlich

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war ein Design-Unfall. Nach jedem Duschgang war das Badezimmer voll mit Wasser. Wir hatten aber meiner Meinung nach ein schlechtes Zimmer im 2. Stock erhalten. Direkt oberhalb einer Lüftung.
