Cons:

It would be nice if payment for this hotel worked the same way as usual: just charged through Booking. Because when we arrived, they asked us to pay for the hotel, but they couldn't explain why exactly that amount. We wasted time on it. It turned out the hotel had partially charged me (not through Booking) before, but the employee couldn't figure out how that happened.

We arrived through the main entrance and then only entered through it, taking the same route, past the buffet. One morning, I wanted to leave the hotel and the kitchen was open. An employee didn't let me pass the buffet and asked me to leave through an entrance I didn't know about. It wasn't polite. And so I found myself in a strange courtyard with no exit signs. I walked out of the block past some concrete walls covered in graffiti.

Pros:

Beautyful hotel with an excellent Spa. I loved by possibility of renting a bicycle. The hotel stands out for its happy hour where many guests seem to gather at the lobby for a free drink and mingle.

Tolle Lage, tolles Ambiente und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hatte eher den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Beim Duschen stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser.
