The hotel was way more than just a base, it was a big part of our Copenhagen experience!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, the breakfast was great, the interior design was gorgeous and the lobby was a really social space. It was comfortable to be in, which was really nice in itself, but given we were staying there with a small party (8 people) it was really convenient and ended up being a bit of a social hub. We were there for a special occasion and the staff really made a fuss of us the whole time. It made it more special. Would stay again!

Cons:

Only a minor complaint but not many towels in the room. We got more from reception on asking but these were removed as soon as the room was cleaned. Didn't affect the quality of the stay though, but would've been nice to have these replaced as well.

Pros:

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel toujours très coopératif et souriant.
Hotel confortable et agréable;

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer: pas de salades de fruits, peu de choix de confitures, café très dilué. Trop cher pour ce qui est offert.

Beautiful hotel, great location
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. I loved that there were 3 restaurants attached to the hotel. La Rocca was exceptional.

Cons:

I wish they had more options when it came to the pillows.

Pros:

Nice modern hotel

Cons:

Too far from the center. Hotel operations do not allow for an early check in , the earliest is 12noon . It makes very hard for travelers coming from the US/ Canada ob early morning flights.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff just felt let down by the tired room.
Pros:

It was charming, cosy and clean.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was tired. The bath was not in a good state with a big chip in the bath and tired around the bath tapes. Plug hole was broken. Room was also very noisy from 6-7 in the morning and when the elevator was used.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in a brilliant central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cosy hour with a free drink was a lovely touch.
The courtyards were gorgeous and we were very lucky with sunny weather to make the most of them.
There is also a good little gym and spa to use if you want to.
Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and stylishly decorated.

Cons:

The bathroom was small with no window or fan so got very steamy after showers.
The lighting was not bright enough to see in mirrors or read.
Our kettle didn't work so had to be replaced and the tea/coffee/sugar wasn't always replaced.
