Pros:

Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel has a perfect location.
We also really enjoyed the cozy lounge, where guests can relax and enjoy complimentary wine during the hotel’s wine hour. It was a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

A quiet oasis a short distance from the city centre.
Pros:

I liked the excellent service from the staff. I liked the location along the lake and the varied spaces inside with decks and patios where you could sit indoors or outside. My room was very quiet and faced an inner courtyard where birds were singing. I loved that! I also liked the excellent buffet breakfast and the fine Italian restaurant next door for dinner. Very convenient after you have been busy sightseeing and walking all day.

This hotel is not air conditioned and it was warmer than usual (for the season) on the day I arrived. There was a fabulous Dyson air fan that helped a lot and I used it for 4 full days. One of the staff came up and opened the windows so that the air fan was drawing in cool air from the courtyard. That made it very comfortable for sleeping.

Cons:

I was travelling solo and the room was very small with very little space to open up my suitcase. However, I realize the hotels have much smaller rooms in Europe than in Canada.

Best breakfast, great location
Pros:

The best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time. Great range of exciting quality produce beautifully presented. Warm welcome from staff on arrival and perfect location close to Norreport station hence easy for the airport, the Louisiana and everywhere you want to go

Cons:

Room was hot due to the weather and the Dyson fan was not that effective!

Heerlijk gemoedelijk en goed verzorgd hotel waarbij je je direct bij binnenkomst thuis voelt.
Pros:

De combinatie van meerdere elementen. De inrichting van de kamer, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het ontbijt buffet en het verse en gezonde voedsel, de ligging en de totale ambiance van het hotel.

Cons:

Jammer dat je geen cappuccino of espresso kon bestellen aan de bar overdag en ‘s avonds. Maar dat is dan ook het enige
