Very good breakfast. The warm cookie at check in was delicious.
The closest access door from our room to the car park were closed as there was work done, so we had to go around to the main entrance to access our car. Not a huge problem but would have been nice walking a shorter distance to reach the parking lot.

Great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was nice.
All was fine
Property was immaculate. Bar and restaurant served delicious food and drinks. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. Clean bathroom. I asked for a quiet room and received just that. Hands down the best hotel gym I’ve ever used, very well equipped with both cardio and weights. The front desk staff, particularly Jihun, were fabulous. Friendly, approachable, signed me up to Hilton honours to receive discounts, and once they found out it was our anniversary, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Jennifer the housekeeper was amazing as well and went above and beyond to look after us. Oh and the buffet breakfast is awesome - well worth the price if you love a big breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.
The only small issue I had was the in room air conditioning. It was very hot in the room, so I adjusted the temperature to be cooler, but somehow it got hotter. The next night I adjusted it in the opposite direction - and it was still hot again 😅Might need a maintenance person to look at - or potentially some stickers to say which way is hot and which way is cold. But otherwise everything was perfection.

They should not forget this info. Same with bottled water. Basin in the bathroom is rather small, not easy size to wash face, or this basin only for hand wash only?
Our 2 night stay was excellent.
