Our stay was perfect except the uncomfortableness of leaving and returning.
Pros:

Wonderful staff and very comfortable room. Perfect breakfast and great that it was open 6-10. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was very uncomfortable that every time we left or returned that there were refugees standing outside the doors smoking and drinking. We think it’s wonderful to support refugees but these were men not disabled. We left at 10am one morning and there were 5 young men smoking and drinking beer. They left there trash for the staff to clean up. Not a good look for the paying customers. I will be asking if your hotel is housing refugees before we would stay again.

Cons:

Hårtørrer virkede ikke, alle knapper på sengelamperne var trykket ud og kunne dermed ikke tændes. Badeværelse slidt og belagt med gammel kalk. Morgenmad trist og kedelig, bollerne virkede til at være fra dagen før

Better than expected
Pros:

- The pool is big and warm enough for swimming
- Rooms are very well appointed for this class
- Varied breakfast with tasty food
- Excellent connection to the airport or city center
- Excellent heating and confy bed

Cons:

Just some small things: only one night table beside our bed for two people, no Internet connection for the whole stay, only filter coffee served for breakfast (not bad though) and only decaf in the room and awfull choice of TV programs.

Nice Hotel with Best Location
Pros:

Nice hotel, with best location....only 5 minutes from Metro Station..and 10 minutes from Airport.
Groceries accross the building.

I'm happy my room was upgrade to suites. Thank you
