Such a treat
Pros:

A lovely place to stay in Luleå, this was the second time as it is so well set up. Room was perfect and clean, with great facilities. Lovely treat with the spa area, and very well set up gym. Breakfast, probably the best in our Swedish adventures.

Pros:

Room was good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was very well laid out and food range, very happy.

Cons:

Car park was a pain to find and work out how to get in. Room felt a little dated and could have done with some tlc. Overall though it was fine.

Siisti hotelli ja hyvä aamupala. Olen todella pettynyt siihen ettei remontista ilmoitettu mitään etukäteen.

Varatessani hotellihuonetta nettisivuilla ei missään lukenut, että allasosasto olisi remontissa. Olimme valmistautuneet spa iltaan mutta paikanpäällä odottikin yllätys. Spa osasto oli remontissa ja sitä ei voitu käyttää.

Bra mat men hade gärna önskat bättre sängar.
Pros:

Frukosten var fantastisk. Oerhört bra servicepersonal som jobbade i frukosten. De såg till att allt var påfyllt och var snabba med städningen.

Cons:

Sängarna var väldigt obekväma och hårda, likaså kuddarna vilket påverkade nattsömnen. Med en fungerande pool ingen fungerande pool på själva spat var spat inte upp till våra förväntningar.
