Muy bueno el trato por parte del personal. Tuve que dejar mis maletas en recepción un rato y pedir un taxi, y me ayudaron en todo momento

Helt ok hotell med bra frukost, restaurang, centrumnära.
Pros:

Jag gillar att det är citynära. Mysig entré där man kan sitta och ta ett glas vin eller en kaffe.

Cons:

Rummen är slitna. Tyget lossnade under fåtöljen. Avskavda lister. Dålig planering av inredning. Där man får koka tevatten på nattduksbordet.

Att spa-avdelningen var stängd. Stod längst ner i texten så missade det vid bokningen.

Mycket Bra.
Pros:

Vi hade tänkt gå på SPA men det var ju stängt pga reparation så vi hade andra middags och andra aktiviteter så vi sov och åt frukost på hotellet. Men vi är väldigt nöjda. Jag har varit på Savoy på konferens många gånger men aldrig övernattat.

Cons:

Dåligt med kläd krokar vid ingång/ dörr i rummet och även lite dåligt med handduks krokar i toaletten. men det är ju bagatellartat men jag skriver det.

Pros:

Das Gym ist super und die tolle zentrale Nähe im Ort.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Im Bad sind sehr viele Haare im Duschbereich gewesen.
Minibar war leer als wir angekommen sind.
Die Tür war defekt und hat geklempt.
Der Spa Bereich war/ist gerade in Renovierung. Das hätten wir vorher gerne gewusst, weil wir deshalb gebucht haben.
Wir bekamen ein nettes Angebot für ein Breakfast to go, weil unser Flieger schon um 5.00 Uhr ging. Das waren kalte Schrimps von Good to Go mit Majo.

Frukosten och relaxavdelningen

Cons:

Tekniken, i första rummet fungerade inte Tv:n. Vi fick byta rum och där laggade det på alla kanaler. Vi kunde inte se vår släkting tävla i idol.
