Questioning my loyalty to Best Western
Pros:

I am quite loyal to Best Western and used a rewards night to stay early March 2026, check in went fine, upon going to the room, we noticed a few loose hairs on the bathroom floor and entryway and just ignored it at that time as we had been driving for 8 hours and wanted to go out and eat. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. When we woke up and went to shower is when things went bad, there were hairs (not ours) in the bath tub and shower walls, there was a gross yellow brown liquid on the shower wall and shelf. The shelf above the sink was disgusting with black and brown dirt. We continued looked and noticed the room overall was very dirty.
I mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout in the morning and they simply said, sorry we will clean it. I am truly disappointed in Best Western and feel ripped off that I used a rewards night on this room as employees did not show concern for the issue. There are too many hotels out there to stay at this one.

For the price it wasn’t bad, the location was the largest incentive.
Pros:

It was conveniently located

Cons:

The room and property didn’t seem very clean. Housekeeping walked into our room the morning of check out before it was time for us to be checked out.

I had good sleep. And smooth check in and ont.
Pros:

Simple stay and reasonable price

Cons:

I didn’t like nothing. Everything good enough.
I could stay comfortably. Near by fun area. Reasonable price. Maybe if breakfast had more special character it could give me satisfaction.
But anyway I will use this hotel again though.
