The breakfast is the best that I’ve had for many hotel.
The comfort of the mattresses was not good. Too hard.
Friendly and clean
The tv did not work from the storm
This is the only place I stay at when I have to come to Nashville for treatment. I love the place and wish they could cook potatoes with peppers lol
I have no complaints

Friendly staff!, Breakfast was great, everything went fine with my stay.
We had to leave for the hospital for a pediatric Admit for stem cell transplant early. So we could not have breakfast.
Best Western and booking.com knew this stay was due to a pediatric admission for a stem cell transplant at Vanderbilt children's hospital. Booking.com waived the parking fee and sent me a personal email wishing our family all the best in this difficult situation. Checking in, I was hassled about the parking fee. Checking in, I asked for a second night to stay so I could check on my minor grandchild as he prepared for this treatment. Despite being told by the manager on the phone, I believe Sebastian was his name, the woman would not allow me to speak with him. He had assured me a low rate due to circumstances. However, She charged me $185 for the second night. This was $30 more than the first night. When we arrived in the room, with two minor children before a life-saving procedure, the televisions were not working. I called the front desk and was told they would not be working our entire stay because of the ice storm the previous week. I immediately cancelled the second night. I understand weather issues. But I found it to be completely deceitful not to be notified of this with children in tow. Children who would be admitted to a Childrens Hospital for a life-saving procedure; one donor and one a recipient. I expected more from Best Western, which is a major chain. I am 71 years old and have stayed at Best Western many times over the years.
I would very much appreciate, and almost expect a partial if not full refund from Best Western for their deceitful practice. Obviously posting in the lobby that televisions are not working, business might be lost. Yet it is an advertised amenity and expected in 2026. I won’t be staying at your hotel again unless I am reimbursed.
There was no television service due to storm that went through 2 weeks prior to my arrival. I was never informed not even during check in, found out at 9 pm when I went to turn on the TV. And the beds were super hard and uncomfortable.
Great location, helpful staff, breakfast Lady Tina most attentive, good and varied breakfast, charming decoration, comfy beds,
Nothing.
Horrible sickening smell of chemicals throughout the hotel. Disgusting old carpets. Super hard and uncomfortable beds. Elevators which seem like it may be your last ride. Super cold room, with gargantuan aircon unit, super loud. Something else buzzing non stop. Can hear the traffic through the single glazed windows. Unpleasant cleaning staff (maybe lack of English language plays part?). The whole place looks like it needs urgent repairs and a health and safety inspection.
It was so bad, that I had to leave 30 minutes after check out and pay for another last minute hotel.
There are hotels in the downtown (much safer.and convenient area) barely $30 more expensive than this one - and so much better, newer and cleaner. Don't waste your money, and don't come to this one.
The staff were great, breakfast was amazing, very clean.
I was surprised we had to pay for parking. That should’ve been included in the listing.
Very comfortable
The location
They charged me after I already paid on booking.com and then they were not helpful at all when trying to fix the issue. Luckily I have money in my account. What would happen if they did it to someone who doesn't? Horrible customer service department.
