The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every 30 minutes. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, and the swimming pool was great.

Cons:

The parking fee is outrageously expensive at $35 for 24 hours. Nothing justifies such a high price, and on top of that, it is very difficult to find a parking space.

The room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had specifically requested a room with three beds, but my request was ignored, and we were offered a room with only one bed. To put this into context, I was traveling with my two children—a 9-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son.

There was no hairdryer in the room, and the water pressure in Room 328 was very poor.p

Cons:

I booked two reservations for my clients visiting from Jacksonville. Booking.com charged my corporate card in the middle of the night 5 times in a row and it wound up raising a security-flag on my card. The room was then cancelled. In a mad scramble I had to rebook the room and acidentally selected the wrong dates. I tried cancelling, but the hotel only refunded me for half of the room reservation.
