Tranquilidad y Disfruteand
Pros:

Clima, Instalaciones en general bonitas, piscina excelente, zonas verdes bonitas, vistas en general bonitas, Excelente Atencion de los anfitriones.

Cons:

Deberian Mejorar el baño de la habitacion donde nos quedamos, no funciona bien la division de baño, se encharca todo el baño y no tiene ventilacion el baño, deberian mejorar los colchones y las almohadas.

Acogedor y tranquilo
Pros:

Un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo, cerca del Parque del Café, excelente atención, lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Waze marca otra vía que no es buena para llegar, recomiendo ponerse en contacto con el hotel para recibir las instrucciones para llegar rápido, seguro y por una buena vía.

Los paisajes hermosa, los pajaros de ensueno, El Personal absolutamente genial. Un Paradiso Para volver!!!

Nada todo estaba perfecto. Si se me ocurio algo, seria muy bueno Si las camas tuvieran sobresbanas.

Difficult to arrive
Pros:

The only person who cared was the waitress who gave us the keys.

Cons:

The location has terrible roads. There was no energy and water needed it too, so we didn’t have any energy nor water available

Paradise and exactly the relaxing stay we needed!
Pros:

Absolute paradise with the kindest and most accommodating owner, Aydee. I know it's cliché to say, but we truly felt at home. The pool is as refreshing and beautiful as the photos, a delicious breakfast was included (a nice surprise!), and she even helped us arrange transportation the next morning (the hotel is very tucked away and remote so Uber is unlikely!)

Cons:

There's no food onsite or nearby so plan accordingly! The hotel does have an arrangement with a restaurant in Armenia, but their food arrived quite late, was a little expensive, and was just ok. Still very grateful that the hotel arranged this but if they could have even simple sandwiches for sale, this would make this place perfect.
