Great place to stay. Amenities are very good and staff is always friendly. Shout out to Humberto, the best concierge. Always greet us with a smile, very professional, helpful, and friendly. Hotel cleanliness is always superb. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance of the hotel.

Location is convenient. Right in the middle of everything in Coral Gables. The building itself is historic and distinguished, it feels different than most Miami hotels. — the rooms are large and well appointed — great service and Humberto from concierge is a major plus!!

This hotel is truly wonderful. Located in a beautiful, atmospheric building with lots of charm, character and great location in the centre of Coral Gables.
The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast has good a la cart selections and the pool area is inviting.
But what really sets this place apart and makes it extra special is the people who work there . From the general manager to the front office to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant servers everywhere was absolutely outstanding.
Shout out to Humberto, kind, warm, friendly, generous, a true gentleman. Nick and Michelle at the desk are always happy to help and Mora and Sheila at the restaurant with kind smiles and happy to provide great service.
This is a hotel that we will definitely be happy to return to when in Coral Gables .

Beautiful property in a great location

Any Hotel that has a Humberto as their concierge gets 5 stars from this family. Humberto absolutely made our stay!

Beautiful property with accommodating staff. My room was large with a separate seating area, large windows that opened, and bathroom with shower only. Service was always prompt and cheerful. The hotel interior is beautifully appointed. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with numerous restaurants within walking distance, bookstores, coffee shops, and even a jazz club.

The room was extremely comfortable and quiet, larger than most. The location was fabulous with dozens of wonderful restaurants to choose from.

Location is walking distance to many restaurants in Coral Gables.

I cannot say more wonderful things about the staff at the Colonnade. For one Humberto is quite literally the epitome of excellent customer service. I recently had a Vow Renewal after 7 years of getting married there in 2018. Lourdes was exceptional, her communication was prompt and professional and made the experience of planning an event at the Colonnade a dream. Alvaro and Miguel were so helpful the day of the event and made themselves available for anything I needed. And I cannot forget Orlando, so so nice and helpful!

Its a beautiful hotel, I went a couple of weeks ago and had a good time.
Staff is really nice, specially mr Humberto, always willing to help others!

Went to visit family and absolutely loved it. The concierge Humberto and the staff were super helpful and kind. The location is great too. Totally recommend it!

The best part of my experience was with the concierge Humberto! He was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is over-rated it is not worth the money they charge.

We stayed here for a local wedding. What a great relaxing place to stay. Very quiet and service oriented hotel. Humberto at the front office was excellent and exceeded our highest expectations! Great job Humberto!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am highly disappointed in the management at Hotel Colonnade. I am a long-time Titanium Bonvoy member and have never had issues until today. I booked a room on 11/27 for the end of December but unfortunately, I will not be able to make it down to Miami any longer due to news of a very ill family member. I called Marriott Bonvoy, and the kind gentleman called the hotel and spoke with a "manager" there who said they would still charge me a PENALTY - which is over $400 if I cancelled. Their cancellation deadline was 11/28 - THE NEXT DAY AFTER BOOKING IT. I have never heard of this, never had an issue. I've stayed at this hotel many times and will never return. I will ensure all my friends and family members are aware of how I was treated by way of social media. Greed never wins. Shame on you Hotel Colonnade.

The team of Orlando, Michelle and Humberto, who greeted us in the lobby at check-in, set the tone right away that we were in a spectacular location and that we would be very well cared for. Any request we had was welcomed with a smile, local expertise, and a warm, friendly conversation, contributing to a first class experience.

Location was great since you are a walk away from great restaurants, bars and luxury shopping. Breakfast food served at the hotel was nice but please double check if breakfast is included in your reservation. Staff was super helpful and nice too, they helped me answer any doubt and also on some other things. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.
