Milí personál, blízko náměstí
Pros:

Velmi vstřícný a milí pánové recepční. Super lokalita, primo v centru u Václavského náměstí.

Cons:

Na pokoji bohužel netopilo topení, takže nám byla celkem zima, ale byl nám půjčen přímotop, takže chválím opět recepci.

Good location - walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars and the metro.

Cons:

Our room was outdated - physical key, no key cards. Some of the wood near the window was rotting, and we spotted what looked like silverfish bugs in the bathroom, which was very cramped. Looked very different from the images shown online.

La colazione era di buona qualità ma senza lode, non ci vuole poi molto per fare delle uova e dei wurstel

Sono arrivato giovedì 22/10 con moglie e due figli, sulla federa di un cuscino e su un lenzuolo era presente un alone giallo, ho voluto dare fiducia al personale e non ho segnalato, il venerdì successivo con un inglese un pochettino maccheronico ho segnalato ma al sabato sera dopo essere rientrati in hotel le lenzuola non erano ancora state cambiate, alla domenica mattina dopo aver richiuso le valige per il rientro ho fatto il controllo di routine sotto i letti per assicurarmi di non lasciare niente e ho trovato una carta di un preservativo, mi spiace ma per quanto riguarda la pulizia siamo davvero messi malissimo, per quanto riguarda poi il bagno fatta eccezione per il cambio asciugamani fatto giornalmente ho trovato la doccia buia senza nemmeno una tendina quindi vi lascio immaginare il bagno dopo la doccia

Gefallen hat hier leider nichts. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war freundlich, mehr aber leider auch nicht

Das Hotel ist zwar von der Lage her ganz okay aber die Räumlichkeiten ziemlich abgewohnt und heruntergekommen. In unserem Zimmer war der Vorhang teilweise heruntergerissen. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem weil das Innenleben zusammengegnautscht war. Der Duschwannenrand bzw. die Trennwand war verkalkt und beschädigt. Wo man hinsah konnte man Mängel und Beschädigungen sehen. Die Matratzen haben wir uns nicht getraut anzusehen. Die Bettdecke hing am Bettbezug heraus und hatte gelbe Flecken. Die Zimmertüre ließ sich nicht schließen bzw. nur durch abschließen verriegeln. Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht für die Menge an Hotelgästen ausgelegt. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir einen Platz bekommen haben. Das Personal zuckte nur mit den Schultern und ließ uns als Familie mit den Kindern stehen. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war ebenfalls sehr minimalistisch. Brötchen gab es nur gummiartige längliche Brötchen. Alternativ gab es nur Toastbrot und rustikale halbierte Bauernbrotscheiben. Das Rührei war das schlonzigste das ich je probiert habe. Der Kaffee war okay. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war maximal überfordert und sichtlich genervt von den Gästen.

During my stay i enjoyed very much my room was excellent with balacon and three persons with wide rooms
