It served my needs and would have stayed an additional day except for exchange with the 1 employee.

The door lock needed repair. One employee challenged me on my staying alone, the room they had moved me (2 beds vs the one in the room i reserved) to because of a door lock issue.
It was distasteful implication.

Pros:

The first room we didn't have hot water for 2 days and the TV didn't work and holes in the ceiling and the sink was leaking

Went to get towels and the staff member stated we can only get towels every other day

If you have a choice, pick another place to stay.
Pros:

We had the suite with 1 king bed in the loft and a queen bed downstairs. The space itself was actually great and roomy for a family — but unfortunately, it was not clean. There’s a kitchenette but no pots or pans, no plates or utensils.

On our first day, the bathroom tissue literally had maybe 20 squares left. The toiletries were tiny mismatched travel-size shampoo and conditioner bottles, so definitely bring your own. It just felt like the room was barely checked before guests arrived.

It could be great but the staff could not be bothered.

Cons:

the staff! they can’t be bothered to actually care abou their clients. it’s like they get paid anyway whether they give a sh*t or not.

the “free breakfast” was a joke. it was the SADDEST we’ve had. On the 1st morning, I thought maybe because we came late and most are gone and the staff will not refill anymore. The 2nd morning we came early and it was the exact same spread from the previous day and we had to ask for coffee and milk.
