Liked the pool and bubble pool next to main pool, nice and warm, towels provided. Spacious room, clean... wifi good speed... good location to connect to main road for onward journey.
The hotel has yet to pay back the deposit of $75 they took on arrival. I have raised the issue with hotel and Booking.com but answers appear to be generated via AI and the money has not been returned. Apart from above the hotel was good.
When I got to the property with my elderly mother, they did not have a room available. We were turned away in the middle of the night. They still charged me which I am contesting. It was a miserable experience.

I left my phone in our room and could not return to retrieve it because we were set to sail out the day of check-out. I called the desk and a female officer gave me info on how to get it sent.
However, I never received a response. So I called again, and not only did Officer Ricardo Quintero walk my phone to the location where they could ship it to me, he followed up to make sure I was getting responses from the location. His integrity and tenacity made all the difference in the world.
Let me say that there is a difference in knowing your job, doing your job and going above and beyond your job. That's what he did for me and gave Hilton and great look from my vantage point
This was the most horrible lodging experience, I've had in all my travels! As a Hilton Honors member, I hate that the Hilton name is on anyway associated with this establishment.
Poor service, poor conditions (litter and debris in all of the common areas) and ridiculous service fees for severly subpar service.
Dining on-site was a disaster. The first day we ordered appetizers and two lunch entrees. We waited more than 40 minutes for the entrees to arrive; we both ordered burgers without bacon and fries. Of course both burgers were delivered with bacon and we had to request that they be remade correctly. After the entries were delivered the second time we asked about our appetizer which had not been received. We were more than an hour in before the appetizer was delivered and it was not worth the wait. We received our bill and though there were only two diners there were two separate service fees, one for 18% and the other for 4%. The next day, I ordered a dinner to go (flatbread pizza and fries). After 45 minutes, I asked the manager for a status update on my order, when told that it would be out shortly, I canceled the order and requested a refund. They said the order was canceled and I would be refunded but their cash register system would not allow them to print a receipt so I was advised to take a picture of the register screen. Breakfast was expensive but barely edible. Containers were emptied but no replaced so our selections were limited. The only edible offering was the omelet cooked by Ms. Irma.
Housekeeping was hit or miss. The housekeepers that serviced our floor did not speak English and communicated by thrusting phone screens in my face. They did not approach my room until mid afternoon (2:30, 3:00). On the second day, the phone screen advised that the housekeeper could not clean the room because a man was present in the room. There wasn't. I called the front desk to advise of the problem and that my husband was attending business sessions related to the conference we were in town for and had been out of the room 8:45 AM. They did send the housekeeper back to clean the room after my call.
Horrible experience overall. NEVER AGAIN!

I am extremely frustrated and deeply disappointed with my experience.
I arrived at Miami International Airport at approximately 12:40 PM and initially waited at Level 2 (Departures), between Doors 5–30, for the hotel shuttle. After confirming with an airport employee, I was directed to the Ground Level at Door 3, Bus Zone 3, where I waited for over an hour and a half. Unfortunately, no shuttle ever arrived, which forced me to arrange my own transportation via Uber to your hotel.
Upon arrival, the front desk showed no empathy. I was also incorrectly informed that lunch was being served until 4 PM, only to be turned away at the restaurant less than 5 minutes later because it was already closed. When I raised this concern, I was simply told to wait until dinner at 6:00 pm with no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused
or effort to assist or resolve the issue.
This experience reflects a serious lack of coordination and communication among staff, as well as poor customer service. Additionally, when I asked for the name of the server, the front desk staff was unable to provide it, which further added to my concern about accountability.
From a hospitality professional’s perspective, this level of service falls far below acceptable standards.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and disheartening experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues.

Absolutely terrible. I called the hotel about a Shuttel at the Miami airport and they advised me to wait at hotel shuttle door 4. The bus went by without stopping. I waited an hour for my Shuttel. Very disappointed.
Ramiro is an amazing bartender at the Hilton in Miami. Not only does he have impressive knowledge of drinks and mixology, but he also knows how to make every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive. He has a great energy, is attentive, quick, and always maintains a professional attitude even when it’s busy. His cocktails are perfectly balanced, and you can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. He’s definitely someone who elevates the entire experience. If you go, make sure to ask for him—you won’t regret it.
