Hotel is very nice. Easy to find and close to everything.Shuttle driver to Disney was very nice and funny.
I really don’t gave anything bad to say about the property.
Location was close to many attractions. Plenty of conference rooms/halls for events. Catering was efficient with good selection.
No vending machines or place to get snacks during after hours. We arrived just after midnight and everything was closed.
Great staff particularly the housekeeping staff
Nothing
Amazing staff and beautiful hotel! Close to the parks and they offer an awesome shuttle service back and forth. Saved me money on traveling and the drivers made it a lot of fun! 😁
Fantastic hotel it’s gorgeous and the 2 pools make it so its always quiet at atleast 1 pool the rooms to the lobby to the pool is beautiful. Target across the road disney down the street in site starbucks ice cream and restaurant the staff are above and beyond always they literally run to open the doors for you theyre all amazing
I only stayed at this location because I could use Hyatt points. Everything was fine. But $7 for a shuttle that should be free and $37/day for parking without access to EV charging seems excessive to no additional value.
Staff was friendly except for the valets that kept asking for my keys while simply trying to unload my car in front of the hotel. I literally only needed 30 secs to bring my luggage into the lobby. There didn't appear to be anywhere else I could unload.
Nice place. Enjoyed the upgraded room due to our globalist status. Nice amenities. Being globalist we did not have to pay for breakfast buffet which is super expensive. So that was nice.
One thing that was supposing is the absolute lack of hand cleaning stations in the food court/restaurant area. There are a few scattered about the lobby, but there were a million people there for the breakfast buffet, and ZERO hand sanitizer stations. With all the hands constantly touching servicing utensils and such, and watching the wait staff, each time I was there nobody ever cleaned their hands. People are coughing into their hands, then servicing themselves food. Then you watch the conveyor belt of people touch the same servicing utensils over and over again. This is a prime example of how biohazards spread quickly.
Parking lot needs serious cap maintenance. Not just the asphalt conditions, but there a serious flooding problem in low area where water was easily 6” deep….
Appreciate the stay. Parking lot we managed. But some real attention needs to be paid concerning hand sanitizing stations in the breakfast buffet area.
Thank you.
The location is perfect with plenty of food options and Disney a mile away. Their shuttle service made it very easy. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Everyone always greeted us with a smile and gave great customer service . The hotel is beautiful and well kept up. We did have our heater not working when we came in and we informed front desk on our way out for a walk around town and they fixed it by the time we were back. We will definitely return! The only thing I do wish the room had would be a microwave to warm up toddlers milk. Thanks for the great service!
The room that I had was a king suite. The room was beautifully decorated and had a refrigerator, walk-in shower, wide-screen TV, and coffee maker. The location was close to Disney with a shuttle to the park. My room was serviced each day. The hotel was clean and we felt safe with little-to-no noise at night. The conference center was excellent and the staff was very professional, not to mention the food was delicious.
Hyatt Regency is my GO TO Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel! The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is beautiful. The food options and the Starbucks make grabbing a bite early in the morning or late at night very easy! The shuttle bus to the Disneyland Resort is efficient, and the drivers are very kind. My only small warning is that our window looked into the center of the building, and it could be loud at busy times of the day.
