Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles war sauber und ordentlich.

הנוף מהחדר מאוד, מאוד יפה.
זה קיץ. אם רוצים להנות מארוחת בוקר במרפסת מעל האגם, חייבים להמתין עד השעה 08:30 בבוקר, כאשר ארוחת הבוקר ניתן לקבל בחדר האוכל משעה 07:00. מפסידים את השעות היפות של הזריחה ושעות שלא מחם ( תקופה שהחום בשעות המאוחרות של הבוקר עולה מעל 33-34 מעלות צלזיוס.
בעיה אחרת, מאוד רצינית: חדר אמבטיה רק עם אמבטיה ותוש. מאוד לא נוח להיכנס לתוך האמבטיה כאשר השימוש הוא של מקלחון בסופו של דבר. חסרים בתוך האמבטיה אביזרים בטיחוטים כמו מוט/מוטות לאחיזה.
השכרת אופניים , ספורט מאוד, מאוד פפולרי באזור. מקבלים אופניים אך אין להם קזדה מגינה על הראש כפי שמקובל ואך חובה. האופניים שמקבלים בלי סל או מיתקן מינימלי להניח דברים. מעל הגלגל האחורי, קיים מתקן מיושן, שהיה מקובל בשנות החמישים-שישים של המאה הקודמת, והוא לא פונקציונלי ולא מתאים לימינו כולל לא לטלפון נייד שהוא מאוד חיוני לניווט במסלולים יותר ארוכים. אפשר לעתקין סל קידמי לחפצים כפי שמקובל. באופן כללי האופניים לא להיט.

Wir sind von 5 Sterne Hotels ein bisschen was anderes gewohnt, wir würden nur 4 Sterne vergeben
zB gibt es am Nachmittag keine Möglichkeit einen kleinen Imbiss zu bekommen, nur Kaffee und Kuchen

Qu’il faut payer un supplément pour les omelettes le matin.
Die Lage und das alte Gebäude sind sehr imposant. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wege in die Stadt sind sehr kurz, hier findet man sehr schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen.
Leider war der Spa Bereich, aufgrund von Umau- Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Das Frühstück war eher spartanisch, Rührei aus dem Tetrapack passt definitiv nicht in ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
Das Zimmer hatte einen herrlichen Balkon und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Blick über den See.
Das Frühstück bot viele ganz verschiedene Speisen und Getränke für jede Ernährungsphilosophie war etwas da.
Ich bin schon Älter und das Duschen in der Badewanne war schon recht sportlich. Aber das schöne Zimmer entschädigte für alles.
