Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, der Seeblick noch toller.
Das Gelände und das Gebäude sind wundervoll.
Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Ausstattung hat das Niveau eines 3***-Hotels.
Personal ist schlecht organisiert:
Daten, die beim Einchecken auf einen Bogen geschrieben wurden, wurden beim Auschecken nochmal abgefragt.
Am Abreisetag (Zimmer kann bis 12:00 bewohnt werden), wurden wir um 9:00 vom Zimmermädchen rausgeklopft.

Wunderbare und erholsame Zeit dort verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück mit bequemen Sitzplätzen. Aussicht und Lage super schön und ruhig. Sehr kurze Wege zum Hafen und
in das Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles gut.

Die schöne Lage am Bodensee, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit

Die freundliche Betreuung an der Reception und im Seerestaurant.

Cons:

Dass der Spa-Bereich immer noch geschlossen war, obschon schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass ab Ende März wieder alles benutzbar sei.
Gerade bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter hätten wir dies sehr gerne genutzt. Enttäuschend war auch, dass es keine Reduktion oder Gutschrift gab.

Schade war auch, dass die Domikanerstube und die Bar am Abend nicht geöffnet war.

Die erste Begegnung mit dem Personal in der scheinbar geschlossenen Bar war unfreundlich.
Danach hat sich die Stimmung aber verbessert.
