sehr schönes Hotel an wunderschöner Lage.
Pros:

Sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges und hochwertiges Frühstück und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Auch das Hoteleigene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit wunderschöner Seesicht und konnten das Münster bequem per Trotti erreichen, also auch die Lage ist perfekt.

Geschichtsträchtiges Hotel nahe an der Altstadt gelegen.
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit Seesicht, guter Ausstattung. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, sehr nahe an der Altstadt.

Cons:

Leider war das WC nicht sauber. Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption und Nachbesserung durch den Zimmerservice, mussten wir nochmals Nachhaken weil der Mangel noch nicht behoben war.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm
Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber, komfortabel und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war überragend!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Punkt, der für mich nicht ganz optimal war, ist die Toilettentür – es handelt sich um eine Schiebetür, die etwas weniger Privatsphäre bietet. Dennoch war ansonsten alles super, und ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Ganz schwache Leistung für ein derart renommiertes Haus!
Pros:

Die direkte Sicht auf den See und die Lage. Auch das Frühstück war relativ gut.

Cons:

Ein Bett, dass mehr knarzt, als man sich es aus einer alten Jugendherberge vorstellen kann; steinharte Matratzen; über 1,5 Tage nicht nachgefüllte Handseife (war bei Ankunft so gut wie leer, wurde am nächsten Tag nicht aufgefüllt ohne nachzuhaken; Gesaugt wurde nur sehr (!) punktuell; beim Frühstück wurden einem von hinten ohne Ansprache „die Teller unterm Brot weggezogen“!
Das alles für 680€ für 2 Nächte… leider sehr enttäuschend.
