Pros:

The staff was very helpful, the reception one helped me to find open shops of something I needed, breakfast and bar staff as well were kind and helpful.
The suite room was very spacious and clean.
The pool area was nice

Cons:

The pool area is closed from 11am until 2, three long hours where you can’t even sit outside without touching the water. I found it unacceptable, because for someone that comes for leisure (as us), an all day open pool was expected. On the web site it should be underlined the opening time, also because the pool staff was very rigid and didn’t let us sit in the pool area for even 15 minutes more on our last day (as I asked).

Cons:

Room decoration is just too old. We stayed in a 2 queen size bed room which looks too old-dated. The bathroom also need some renovation, towels are apparently worn out that need to change new ones. They have to pay more attention on the hardware and take care of the details if they think it’s a 4 star hotel. There are more better options in the downtown at the same price than this hotel.

記得辦理入住時千萬不要走到老人那櫃會影響心情

窗戶隔音很不錯、可惜走道隔音真的有點給他差

辦入住時走到老人那個櫃、明明沒事做還硬要我們走去隔壁那個櫃、我真不懂高級飯店的規矩
老人都不用做事的嘛！一進店感覺就很差

Goed hotel qua verblijf- en slaapruimte. Redelijk wat aan te merken op overige hoteldiensten.
Pros:

Kamer en Bedden prima. Douche erg goed. Zwembad en buitenruimte heel prettig. Shuttle service naar metro ook fijn. Ontbijtbuffet redelijk okay. Restaurant The pearl top!

Er werd slecht en weinig Engels gesproken. Buffet door de weeks s’avonds erg beperkt…. In het weekend redelijk.
Dat het zwembad en de buitenruimte tussen 11.00 en 14.00 gesloten bleek was voor ons erg onhandig.
Geen kennis van of over de stad aanwezig bij door mij gesproken personeel. De adviezen die men gaf over restaurantjes waren ronduit slecht ( voor niet Chinezen). Lokatie niet 30th slecht, maar ook niet echt goed…..
