12層樓房走道光線昏暗；1216房的冷水量很小；房間桌子無電源插座，須借用延長線。
房間所檢附的茶包及三合一咖啡包與飯店格調不太合。

實在不太愉快，叫做不爽

地點適中

Cons:

1.入住當日約16:00櫃檯有位男士，我有事請問，問完後沒有笑容沒有一句話用手比來回答我，因為我要到地下三樓的車庫，找不到路（福華需要在不同方向的電梯才可以到地下室。
2.房間的床墊真的是如假包換的彈簧床，兩個人睡在床上只要有一個人動一下，或翻個身，或拉個被子，床就會叫醒另外一個人，不能説整晚沒睡，是睡的很不爽，整晚不知道醒來多少次，我建議福華的主管找二個人去試試看，就知道受苦受難的客人有多少幹在心裡的。
3.今日6/25/10:46退房時，客用電梯全部故障或維修，只能跟著員工推著餐車一起搭貨用電梯，退房的人多，一次只能塞進一二個人，實在是要等很久。
4. Check in.時我有登記車號，櫃檯小姐也有拿給我核對車號，電腦印表單上車號沒有問題，但是我還是卡在柵欄前出不去。
我想問問福華，你們收費也不算太低，這樣的待客，我怎麼會推薦我的親戚朋友再去住福華飯店呢？
