The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fantastic. A special thank you to Joy and Joyce for their exceptional hospitality—they truly made our stay memorable. The cocktails at the Level 5 bar were excellent, and the shabu-shabu restaurant on the top floor was easily one of the best we've had.
The rooftop pool was the perfect place to cool down during Taipei's summer heat. It was always spotless, and the pool staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did a great job keeping the area clean while ensuring everyone followed the rules.
We also appreciated the convenience of being able to exchange cash at the hotel, which made our trip much easier. Although the standard pillows were a little small and flat for our liking, the hotel offers memory pillows on request, which was a great touch and made for a much more comfortable night's sleep.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei!
