Niet meer van deze tijd.
Pros:

De locatie was fantastisch. Midden in het centrum, tegenover Centraal station. Alle mogelijkheden om ergens naartoe te gaan waren beschikbaar.

Cons:

De kamer, oude vuile vloerbedekkiing op de grond, het zachte/slechte bed en de oude badkamer. Het was schoon maar daar had je het ook mee gezegd. De man bij de receptie was ronduit niet aardig/ niet vriendelijk er niet sympathiek.

Comfortabel hotel centraal gelegen in het centrum van de stad op enkele minuten van het treinstation
Pros:

De locatie t.o.v. het treinstation en het comfort in het hotel, de prijs-kwaliteitverhoudinng was uitstekend.

Cons:

Het inchecken vond stipt op het aangegeven tijdstip plaats. Gasten moesten hiervoor in de lobby wachten. Daarna stond er meteen een rij. Er was maar één medewerker beschikbaar enn moest tussendoor andere gasten helpen met vragen. Het inchecken duurde vanwege het wachten ongeveer een halfuur.

De ligging

Cons:

Geen schoonmaak, geen schone handdoeken voor de nieuwe dag. Vloer was vuil, na klacht 1 propje weg gehaald maar alle zand, aarde en straatvuil lag er nog.
Naar aanleiding van de klachten zou ik dezelfde dag nog gebeld worden. 5 dagen later nog niets vernomen.
Raam sloot niet. De noodoplossing zat er aan het roest te ziet al een tijdje. Veel straatgeluid dus binnen.
Extra kussens die gevraagd waren van afstand op bed gesmeten zo te zien.
Aanwezige bar was gesloten.
Kassa zonder wisselgeld.
Zeker geen r sterren waard.

Älä usko mainoskuvaa, se on otettu rautatieasemasta eikä hotellista.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli herkullinen ja huone siisti, vaikkakin meluisa, sillä hotelli sijaitsee aivan keskustassa.

Cons:

En tuntenut Antwerpenia etukäteen. Hotellin mainoskuvassa ei ole hotellia, vaan vieressä oleva rautatieasema ja kuvassa näkyy vain hotellin viiri. Kuva on tietenkin realistinen, sillä viirin ja rautatieaseman saa samaan kuvaan, silti ajattelen että mainoskuvana se on huijausta.

Cons:

Ik heb een sleutelkaart gekregen waar ik mijn kamer mee binnen ging maar waar al koffers stonden. Op mijn kaartje stond nog een andere kamernummer waar ik ook binnen kon en waar ook koffers stonden. Dus twee kamers die al bezet waren. Ik ben dan terug naar de receptie gegaan waar ik een andere kamer kreeg. De medewerker was zeer vriendelijk maar stond er gans alleen voor met een aantal onvriendelijke gasten voor hem. Een pluim voor deze jongeman om zo rustig te blijven

dit hotel ligt perfect om met het ov antwerpen te bereiken.. links af en zo in het centrum
dubbele was tafel

Cons:

personeel bij de balie was verschrikkelijk.. Kapotte Airco.. Badkamer uit de jaren ' 90..

boek je dit is echt geen 4 sterren hotel.. Lees vooral de revieuws op andere website's

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich nahe am schönen Bahnhof und der Metro Diamant. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut, das Bad ist groß. Es war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend.
In dem Hotel hatte ich schon übernachtet, war zufrieden und komme gern wieder.

Cons:

Aussicht auf Hinterhof, Größe des Zimmers, wenn man angibt, Parkplätze vorhanden, erwarte ich mir nicht öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe.. Das kann ich bei jedem Hotel haben...

Fridge was not working and I suspect that it was not working prior to my visit as it was not plugged in. When I asked about it the staff plugged it in but it was not working even after their assistance.
