helemaal goed
Cons:

mijn vrouw heeft een paar leren handschoenen op kamer 302 laten liggen en deze zijn niet gevonden volgens de medewerker die ik hierover twee keer gebeld heb. Mijn vermoeden is dat deze zijn ontvreemd en dat vind ik vervelend.

The worst experience in my life

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.

The phone in the room is not connected to the network, and there isn't even a suitable outlet nearby. I have to get dressed and go downstairs to say that the room is as hot as a sauna because the air conditioner is running at full power and the control panel is locked. It turns out that it can only be turned on and off from the front desk, and it only has two modes: maximum or off.

The room smelled of smoke.

There was no water in the room.
When I went downstairs again to ask if I could buy water, I was told to go to McDonald's because the hotel doesn't sell water.

Among other things, there was no toilet brush in the room. And many other things were terrible.

Het was een ramp. Nooit boek ik nog. Zelfs geen vier sterren waart.

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Daar eindigt het mee. De laatste keer dat ik hier heb geboekt

Cons:

Alles op de site is fake. Geen sauna. Geen zwembad zelfs geen bar meer. De tweede dag voor het ontbijt wat normaal om 7 uur begon hebben we moeten wachten to twintig voor negen voor we iets kregen daar de kok niet was komen opdagen en het meisje van de receptie alles heeft moeten klaarmaken. Een geluk dat ze haar heeft verontschuldigd. Ze kon er niet aan doen. Op de kamer was er normaal koffie voorzien. Er lag 1 staafje voor koffie te maken bij de waterkoker zelfs geen suiker of lepeltje en dan ben je daar met twee personen. Er stond een vuurtje op kamer dus rook ik onraad. De verwarming werkt niet naar believen. Het is er gewoon koud bij vriestemperatuur. Heb de
Douchekraan zelf moeten herstellen want werkte niet. Warm water was er wel.

De ligging kamer aan de voorkant was de vorige keer beter maar de kamer nu was top

Dat er geen ijskastje was , dat vind ik toch een prioriteit er mocht wat meer licht in de kamer zijn was nogal donker

Het was een mooie ruime kamer voor 1 persoon, meestal wordt je weggestopt in een achteraf kamer. Maar dat was niet het geval. Geweldig

Cons:

Teveel lawaai van buitenaf, tenminste als je wilt gaan slapen. Ik zat aan de straat kant.

Goede centrale slaapplek om Antwerpen te ontdekken
Pros:

Nette kamer en erg centraal gelegen! Vanuit het hotel sta je zo in het hart van Antwerpen. Hotel is rustig, goed ontbijt buffet wordt regelmatig aangevuld en de kamer elke dag netjes opgemaakt

Cons:

Vrijdag bij aankomst gemeld dat de Föhn niet werkte, zondag bij vertrek nog niet gemaakt. Douche is wat klein voor een lang persoon en het douchescherm sluit niet goed wat resulteert in een waterballet.
