Below expectations
Pros:

Staff was nice, room was clean. Location was perfect, as is across the street from Central Station.

Cons:

Hotel definitely doesn’t have 4 starts, maybe had 20 years ago, but today is maximum 3 star hotel or even 2. Old rooms and equipment. Rooms are good enough only to sleep in and leave for the day.

Séjour contrasté entre plaisir et déception sur certains aspect
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, l’emplacement est incroyable.
C’est propre et assez calme

Cons:

Les cartes des chambres ouvrent des chambres voisines ÉNORME PROBLÈME de sécurité et je ne suis pas le seul, des amis ayant séjourné ici ont constaté le même problème. Ce n’est pas le standing d’un 4 étoiles en France. Il mérite 3 étoiles, la 4ème est peut être un peu exageré.

Good location, nice bathroom but not very clean room and cold asf
Pros:

Bathtub in the bathroom and the location

Cons:

Cold, no heating. Had to get an oven from the reception but it barely heated the room up. Almost slept in the bathtub with warm water running cuz it was freezing

Pros:

Prima ontbijt, personeel meestal vriendelijk en behulpzaam, nette kamer / slaapkamer / badkamer

Cons:

De douche zat in het bad. Geen parkeergelegenheid in of direct vóór het hotel

Goed geslapen, maar geen vier sterren waard
Pros:

Toplocatie, vlakbij het centraal station. Ruime kamer met vernieuwde badkamer

Cons:

Kamer zeer sober ingericht, raam gaat na heel hard trekken pas open, personeel werkt er precies met tegenzin.

Super location but bad experience sadly :/

Excellent location!

Cons:

On the weekend of our arrival the heating was not working at all. Basically we had 17 degrees in the room! End of February is still cold outside! And after I mentioned it at the reception there was no solution. I understand such situation may occur sometimes but the fact there’s no solution -like mobile heater or so.. well, ain’t cool.
And probably because of it the hot water (actually only kinda warm / lukewarm) was coming soooo slowly. So yes, sadly I had bad experience at this hotel. Pity as the location was perfect for us.

Goed hotel, vlak aan het station en aan de metro. We boeken er altijd als we naar een optreden gaan
Pros:

goede locatie , dicht bij het station en de metro . In de badkamer functioneerde alles, maar is aan aan opfrissing toe?
Ontbijt was ok.
