Staff at the restaurant and bar a little impersonal, not very attentive.
5-Sterne....naja.
Lage: perfekt, besser geht nicht. Akropolis, Plaka, Bus-Stop alles in Fuß-Nähe.

The location was good for what we needed to do and breakfast was great
The room was much smaller then pictures and the bathroom tubs shower is hard to step into even for my sons who are very young
The upstairs restaurant had very good food and if you walked out on the terrace you could see the view advertised.
I was extremely disappointed in the view! I paid for an Acropolis view but got a construction view! NOT the same and the staff were rude. I feel scammed!!!
V good
This hotel is decorated in a classical style, it may be a little older but the quality has stood the test of time. The reception area is very spacious with large corridors towards the conference rooms and swimming pool. There are plenty of areas to sit and the hotel is kept cool. During the day you can eat in the downstairs area with a limited menu which is adequate, very tasty options. Portions are very big. You can also order food and drinks to be delivered to the pool which has comfortable seating as well as loungers. The pool area also has its own bathroom/shower. Towels are readily available. Our room was good, very clean. It was a triple with the 2nd bed in a small separate room, this was great for our teenager. Reception is very professional and very helpful, they worked hard to connect us with a taxi going to Agia Marina which is a distance away. We found all staff to be attentive and highly professional. The roof terrace is exceptional, food is really good, staff excellent, the views are out of this world. In the evening when the Acropolis and Temple of Zeus are lit up, you are literally wiped back in time. Back up to the terrace for breakfast for a morning view over the city which was again just amazing. I have to say it made our stay in Athens, I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 3 wonderful days and would stay again in a heartbeat.
We could hear the lift in our room, particularly at night. Our room was side on to the lift so this is understandable
I was booked for one night on a business trip and I’m assuming the travel agent didn’t check the website when they booked a single room - probably the cheapest. What I got was an internal room with no window and no natural light. It was dark, depressing and dated. In order to charge my phone I had to move a piece of furniture to access one of the three plugs in the room (making it darker still as I had to unplug one of the lamps!). The tv was rubbish. I managed to get about three channels and the following morning nothing at all. The bathroom - while clean - was very old fashioned and had a bath with a hand held shower attachment and a fabric shower curtain.
The lobby area and pool were lovely and the breakfast room had breathtaking views to the Acropolis. Breakfast itself was nothing special but the staff were friendly and professional.
The hotel is in a very good location.
Possibly the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel in Greece. The staff were rude. The prices we extortionate in the restaurant and the bar. The bed must have been 20 years old! Bowed in the middle and smelt. The lights were on all night as there was an issue with the room electrics! Really poor breakfast and the waiter wanted to charge me for a Latte!!
Do your self and find an alternative hotel in Athens!
Location
Poor customer service, staff couldn’t careless about anything, I got injured by the spring poking out of their mattress, reported it and also sent email with pictures, never even got an acknowledgment from them just nothing.
Great room. Great staff. Great breakfast
Everything was great
