Только расположение. Недалеко от центра

Cons:

Нужно называться все своими именами. Этот отель 3 звезды и не надо указывать 5 звезд. Отель и номера очень старые и не ухоженные. В номере были запахи от вытяжной трубы кухни. Нет основных критериев 5 звездного отеля. Нет НИЧЕГО из стандартного комплекта 5 звезд. Считаю что необходимо проводить экспертизу таких отелей перед тем как выставлять их. Просто надо честно написать что это 3 звезды! Если вы ждете комфорт то вам не сюда. Мы не остались в отеле и выехали через 5 минут после прибытия. Несмотря на то что было указано в случае штрафа оплату только первого дня , с нас списали оплату за 2 ночи. Отель даже не ответил booking.com на официальный запрос. Если бы не поддержка сотрудников booking.com и постоянных звонков в отель, то они удержали бы сумму за все забронированные дни (8 дней) я благодарен сотрудникам booking.com за помощь!

Pros:

I was upgraded to a Panoramic room which was amazing. Fantastic view - huge windows. Overall spacious, luxurious, comfortable, clean etc. Location is very central and there is a supermarket and tech shop a couple of steps away. Staff were very helpful.

Curat si aproape de centru, personal foarte amabil.

Cons:

Camera foarte mica. Mic dejun la fel in fiecare zi. Nu o varietate mare de produse la breakfast.
Am stat la et 5 si se auzea exagerat de tare muzica de la restaurant de sus. Se auzeau si prietenii noștri din camera alăturată 😁
Cartele se demagnetizatu in fiecare zi desi nu le tineam langatelefon.

Pleasant enough but good location
Pros:

Location was good. Live the roof bar and restaurant.

Cons:

We were given Room 422 which was dark and stuffy with only one window but cannot be opened fully with curtain which cannot be drawn. Hotel offered a better room the next day but we have to pay 20euros extra per day. Personally I do not think they should rent this room out without further renovations. To make it worse we cannot adjust the air con as was told it’s centrally controlled so the room was hot and airless!

Pros:

Location is good. Love the roof top bar and restaurant.

Cons:

The first double room provided was very poor. It was dark, stuffy and only had one window which cannot be open fully. The air con does not work but explained that it was centrally controlled and cannot be altered in the room. We were moved next day to a better room but had to pay extra. So not entirely happy. Fundamentally I believe the original room No 422 should not have offered to customers unless they make renovations to make it more habitable.
