A fair location and a pleasante stay, but not matching the expectation for the rating of the hotel.
Pros:

Convenient location, close to the aiport and close to the city center. Well served by subway and bus.

Cons:

I tend to feel that the Radisson chain used to be better. In some detials I got the feeling the maintenance fails to keep the hotel state-of-the-art. For example; One lift was out of oder the whole week of my stay, Some of the lift buttons did not work. There are only 2 restaurants in a 26-floor hotel. When one closed it was a complete chaos that not even the very friendly danish personnel could appropriatelly handle. We ended up grabbing our dinner from a gas station nearby. Some holes in the marble flooring/walls (where probably some previous fixtures/artwork used to be) were badly covered up. The decorate is dated.

Location:10 minute walk from metro Islands Brygge from airport, 20 minutes walk into town centre. Excellent breakfast, nice view from room, fast elevators easy check in/ out

No tourist desk or pamphlets, only a map when asked

Fantastic city view, a comfortable stay
Pros:

Fantastic city view, with a comfortable room. It is a little bit far away from the city center, but you can still walk, and there are several public transportation options if you are interested. Wifi was strong, breakfast was good, and we had a good reasonable price to pay.

Goed voor 1 nacht maar niet langer.
Pros:

De locatie.

Cons:

De medewerkers zijn helaas niet heel vriendelijk.
De familie kamer is heel klein, met name de badkamer.
Ontbijt goed, maar zeer druk en chaotisch. Wel voldoende aanbod.
Zeer mooie lobby en bar.

Pros:

The hotel is very good location and modern hotel rooms are very clean and good designed. I did not buy breakfast.

Cons:

I liked everything except they can put dental kit and care supplies at the room because this is unacceptable for a quality brand like Radisson.In addition, when they came to clean my room, they didn't leave any clean towels, so I used my old towel.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Die Fenster ginge nur ein Spalt zu öffnen. Es konnte nicht richtig gelüftet werden beziehungsweise Temperaturen waren sehr heiß. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, so dass es sehr laut ist. Auch im Speiseraum ist es übermäßig voll und sehr laut. Parkmöglichkeiten in Kopenhagen, sehr überteuert für drei Nächte 220 €.
