Nice team for a nice stay

Reasonably good, but did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The hotel in general is fine. It is functional, good facilities, modern and it is close metro station (some 5-minute walk). It takes some 30 minutes to walk to downtown, The breakfast is abundant and with reasonable quality, although nothing very special. The lobby and bar are nice.

Cons:

The room is smaller than expected (based on pictures). Likewise the bathroom. We had two individual beds, which were comfortable, but small size and movable. The room had the AC off. We felt that it was too hot for sleeping. We went to the front desk to ask to start the AC, but it turned out that the AC of the hotel is centralized. It had already been shutdown for the whole hotel (OK, Copenhagen, but ¡¡in August!!). They offered us a ridiculous fan to cool down the room. The window of the room was very dirty and could only be tilted. The first day we returned to the room around 16:00 after walking the city. The room was not done yet. A while later the cleaning team knocked on the door, and we asked them to do the room one hour later since we were already showering to go out again around 17:00. When we came back in the evening, the room was not done, which was unpleasant. The front desk is operated using "modern arrangements" (with individual desks), but the functionality is questionable and in the evening was not well serviced.

Fabulous hotel, great location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

We stayed in summer and the climate control in the room did not have air con, only heating. The room was very warm and made it a little difficult for sleeping at night.
