Die Lage zum Zentrum war super. Daneben die Park Anlage ein Traum.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Es war zwar alles da, aber die Qualität hat nicht entsprochen. Die Betten waren schmäler als gewohnt. Fluglärm! Insgesamt war das Zimmer abgewohnt.

Comfy room, good facilities.

Cons:

The self service check in process and software are simply awful, the concept of self check in at a decent hotel is also a terrible idea, but if you insist on doing it then at least write some software that doesn't look and act like it is 20 years old.

The lifts are really noisy and there are so many really bright LEDs in the room we had to drape clothes over everything.

Very nice hotel in great location
Pros:

Great hotel in a lovely and convenient location near the river, close to the metro station. The rooms are quite large and nicely furnished, very clean. The lobby is very smart, the staff friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary glass of wine every afternoon for the members of the Radisson club.

Cons:

There was nothing in the room. to stir the sugar/milk in tea/coffee. No spoon, no wooden stick. Small thing but a bit annoying.
