Front desk ladies and location
We booked in at around 8pm and just picked up the room key , went in for my kids to potty and head out for dinner , well to our surprise when coming back to the room at around 10pm walking in to the room I find a Smoking Vape right next to the bed , if my kids would of gotten it before me and mess with it it would be a huge problem ! First of all it’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel that’s the main reason we love staying here , second Housekeeping goes in after every stay so it’s very upsetting that they don’t clean the rooms right . I mean come on it was right next to the bed , green color vape not small at all easy to see , I really hope you guys can get a better housekeeper because there was also hairs in the sheets and in the shower , front desk girl offered to moved us to another room but my kids were tired from a long trip and were already tucked in bed , really hope to have a better experience next time we book in
The room was comfortable. And the facilities were accommodating for my mobility issues.
The sofa in the second room was fairly worn and needs too be replaced.

Everything was GREAT!!
The beds were a little stiff, but no issues falling asleep. The pool was clean, and nice. The breakfast overall was good with good options, waffles were great, and drink options were good. The staff were helpful, and courteous. The price was also very good for what we received.
The pull out mattress was rather thin, and hard to sleep on. The roof above the bed closest to the door developed a leak on our last morning. We wished the eggs offered for breakfast also included plain scrambled eggs, and not just western style.
Location was convenient. Breakfast was good. Room was fine. Updated, but not the most modern. Beds were comfy. My kids loved the indoor pool. Free parking is great. They gave us an early check in so that was very convenient since we arrived early.
The fire pit wasn't working. My room did not get cleaned.

Friendly staff the pool was nice. Room was spacious and the hotel is very clean.
The bed was hard but not miserable, there were a lot of families there when I stayed and the breakfast looked good but there was only one lady trying to keep up with everything and it was to much for just one person so everything was out and they need to have a sign that says small children need attended.

loved how quiet it was! The room(suite) was great! living room and bedroom great! Breakfast was hot, fresh and ready with many choices! Housekeeping was right on point. Staff was great!

The pool was out of order the entire time. We weren’t notified of this until we got to the location and had been told it had been down for a while so there could hav been communication beforehand letting us know
The room we stayed in was a nice size staff was friendly
We stayed there for the pool but it was closed down for maintenance to fixes I chose that hotel for my children to be able to swim, which couldn’t happen
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was cool.
The family room is not made for families. There is no table. The gross magenta color and the dim lighting made me feel like I'm in a horror movie. The air conditioning did not work in the living room. The pool was closed for three days and that was the whole reason I booked the hotel. I feel like they should have done something to accommodate that. I have stayed at a lot of Wyndham resorts and this one was on the "eh" meter.
