Sunday afternoon the staff member was amazing. Took care of our needs amazingly. Monday morning the breakfast staff seemed incompetent there was no breakfast left and he was only refilling dry food while about 15-20 of us were waiting for eggs and meat. The room was ok other than the peeling paint. The pool smelled horrible like nasty bath water that hadn't been cleaned in months. There was exposed wiring in the lobby that the staff stated that was there when it was another hotel company and I guess they didnt feel like fixing it when they bought it. Overall I'd find another hotel in the area. There's multiple others to choose from.

My husband and I went Dec.5th and d 6th to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. We got the king suite. Walking in the establishment it looked really nice. Staff for the most part were friendly. When we got to our room we were disappointed. We weren't able to sit in the living room area because the couch was broke. The chaise part of it was so dirty I was afraid to sit on it. The TV stand looked like something they got off the side of the road. One coat of bright pink paint hastily put on it looked like. The mattress was lumpy and bouncy and our final breakfast the eggs had cold spots and food was not kept replenished.
This was 1 night, Nov 14, 2025 room 227, Chattanooga, Hamilton area. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the shower and condition of bathroom. Bathroom door did not close unless you put a shoulder in it. The sofa bed was inadequate also. This room is a higher cost because of being a suite. Very disappointed that this would be satisfactory condition to have someone stay in. Staff was kind and made note of the unsatisfactory condition of the room.
Spacious rooms, great stay for dogs, clean, friendly staff. Easy check-in, allowed us to check out late. Would definitely stay again!
Front desk ladies and location
We booked in at around 8pm and just picked up the room key , went in for my kids to potty and head out for dinner , well to our surprise when coming back to the room at around 10pm walking in to the room I find a Smoking Vape right next to the bed , if my kids would of gotten it before me and mess with it it would be a huge problem ! First of all it’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel that’s the main reason we love staying here , second Housekeeping goes in after every stay so it’s very upsetting that they don’t clean the rooms right . I mean come on it was right next to the bed , green color vape not small at all easy to see , I really hope you guys can get a better housekeeper because there was also hairs in the sheets and in the shower , front desk girl offered to moved us to another room but my kids were tired from a long trip and were already tucked in bed , really hope to have a better experience next time we book in
The room was comfortable. And the facilities were accommodating for my mobility issues.
The sofa in the second room was fairly worn and needs too be replaced.

The beds were a little stiff, but no issues falling asleep. The pool was clean, and nice. The breakfast overall was good with good options, waffles were great, and drink options were good. The staff were helpful, and courteous. The price was also very good for what we received.
The pull out mattress was rather thin, and hard to sleep on. The roof above the bed closest to the door developed a leak on our last morning. We wished the eggs offered for breakfast also included plain scrambled eggs, and not just western style.
Property was very clean, well lit and convenient. Breakfast was AWESOME!! Staff was super nice. Check in and check out was fast and easy.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was good. Room was fine. Updated, but not the most modern. Beds were comfy. My kids loved the indoor pool. Free parking is great. They gave us an early check in so that was very convenient since we arrived early.
The fire pit wasn't working. My room did not get cleaned.

The bed was hard but not miserable, there were a lot of families there when I stayed and the breakfast looked good but there was only one lady trying to keep up with everything and it was to much for just one person so everything was out and they need to have a sign that says small children need attended.
