La colazione presentava una vasta possibilità di scelta.
La posizione dell’hotel ci ha permesso di raggiungere i luoghi da noi visitati sempre a piedi. Erano comunque vicinissime la stazione per l’aeroporto, la metropolitana e le fermate degli autobus.

Cons:

La comunicazione relativa al pagamento: nonostante avessimo scelto la formula “paga in struttura”, dopo la prenotazione continuavano ad arrivare email richiedenti il check in on line che poteva essere effettuato solo con il pagamento dell’intera quota, anche dopo che l’hotel contattato per e-mail aveva confermato il pagamento all’arrivo.

Litet frukost område, var väldigt mycket folk vilket gjorde att det kändes lite kaosartat. Badkaret hade rost och kändes inte fräscht.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage, um Kopenhagen zu erkunden.
Unser Zimmer im 6. Stock wurde gegen eine geringe Gebühr upgegradet und war daher in einer angenehmen Größe. Die Lüftung am Dach hat uns nicht weiter gestört, könnte aber bei lärmempfindlichen Personen zu Missfallen führen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nett, wenn ich auch nicht sicher bin, ob Beschwerden weitergegeben werden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert, der Kaffee aus den Automaten leider furchtbar.

Cons:

Leider ist der angebotene Tee im Zimmer (nicht beim Frühstück!) schon so lange dort gelegen, dass er nach nichts mehr geschmeckt hat. Auch wurde nicht nachgefüllt, sodass wir bereits am 2. Tag keinen Tee mehr hatten. Was nur ein kleines Manko ist.
Wirklich schlimm war der Zustand der Toilette. Das Bad selbst scheint vor einigen Jahren renoviert worden zu sein. Leider hat man die wirklich hohe Badewanne nicht gegen eine ebenerdige Dusche ausgetauscht. Zwar nicht mehr State of the art, für uns kein Problem, aber für ältere Menschen könnte dies eine echte Herausforderung werden. Auch war die angebrachte Duschwand undicht und der Haltegriff ist auf einer Seite bereits von der Wand abgefallen, da der Fliesenkleber offenbar porös geworden ist. Das bringt zwar keine Pluspunkte, aber der wirklich Minuspunkt ist die Toilette. Diese wird anscheinend nur oberflächlich mit der Bürste behandelt, was dazu führt, dass sie leider wirklich grauslich schmutzig ist. Und das nicht nur von den Gästen, die direkt davor das Zimmer hatten. Wir haben das TÄGLICH bei der Rezeption gemeldet - Ergebnis: 0. Entweder nicht weitergeleitet oder dem Putzpersonal egal. Wirklich schade (und ekelhaft), da dies den Gesamteindruck erheblich beeinflusst.
