Excelente ubicación y muy buen desayuno, ideal para visitar Copenhague.
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable: A un paso de la estación de tren Vesterport y la Estación Central. Se llega andando en 5 minutos a los Jardines de Tivoli y al Ayuntamiento. Zona muy segura con todo cerca. Desayuno buffet de calidad: Muy completo, variado y con productos frescos de gran nivel. Habitaciones funcionales: Camas muy cómodas, decoración moderna de estilo nórdico y excelente aislamiento acústico contra el ruido de la calle o trenes.

Muy bien
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico, muy bien ubicado. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

A pesar de ser un hotel recientemente reformado, la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen bañera , incómoda para cualquier persona y especialmente para personas mayores. A pesar de avisar con tiempo al hotel de nuestra necesidad de que una de las habitaciones fuera con ducha no lo tuvieron en cuenta, priorizando a un grupo de la tercera edad que se alojaba en el hotel, nos llevó más de una hora conseguir que nos la cambiaran, ya que nos argumentaban que no tenían disponibilidad. Al realizar el check out nos quisieron cobrar el desayuno, a pesar de estar pagado en la reserva de booking. Al final se pudo solucionar todo pero después de insistir mucho al personal de recepción.

Pros:

The location is good,very close to train station and centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy.

Cons:

Bit pricey but that's the location. Room was okay. Only small thing was on check out they thought we'd had breakfast but we hadn't. No problems but it was a bit odd.
