Cons:

Non un frigo in camera, niente acqua da bere , la stanza non è stata sistemata e inseguito mi è stato detto che il servizio è su richiesta.
Colazione varia, ma bevande calde di scarsa qualità fatte da macchinette self service.
Ho prenotato una camera da 22mq ma era palesemente più piccola, con affaccio su un cantiere da cui si sentivano parecchi rumori.
Da un 4 stelle mi attendo più attenzioni e servizi.

Great location. Good family room. Cleaning could be improved.
Pros:

The location is great. Right in front of the S train line. 5 mins walk from the main central station.

We had a family room with 2 big beds which is a great option for our family. The beds and pillows were comfy I must say.

Cons:

We could hear the noise from the street a whole night including the rooms upstairs and right next to us. Two of the nights the room upstairs were very loud and it woke us up around midnight for both nights as if they were having a party. We did not sleep well for all the three nights we were there in general.

Breakfast offer is rather basic and limited.

I requested the hotel to clean the room all the days we are there since my son has strong allergies, but it seemed that they only made the beds but did not vacuum the floor. I found an empty water bottle lying on the floor the same way it was left in the morning. That is quite disappointing.

A wonderful stay I highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They had remembered me requesting a bottle of bubbles for my sister‘s 50th birthday. It was spotless and we had a delicious breakfast. Comfy bed👌✨✨✨✨✨

Micul dejun a fost excelent. Amplasarea foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice.

Cons:

La 4 stele ar fi trebuit sa avem halate de baie, papuci, kit de igiena.
Pliculetele de cafea au ajuns numai pentru 2 zile. Apa din partea casei nici vorba.
Am facut comparatie cu un hotel similar din Praga.

Morgenmads buffeten var upåklagelig.
Indtjekning nemt og simpelt. Udtjekning også lige så nemt, og fedt at have værelseskortet på telfonen.

Cons:

Selvom det var godt at have værelseskort på telefonen fejlede appen i at låse elevatoren op, så vi måtte tage trapperne hver gang op til 5 sal
