Staff in the restaurant! They were very polite and culture

Cons:

We arrived two hours early and I had previously sent them a message that we would arrive 2 hours early, if there was a free room to check in. When we arrived they told me that there was another type of room available with a 30% extra charge, but there was no room like ours ready! In an empty hotel, with barely 25 guests and the next day at breakfast there were no more than 25 guests. That made me so angry I was ready to cancel the hotel and move to another one, but my wife stopped me! Such simple tricks insult intelligent people! Room was basic and they didn't clean it, even when we asked that on the reception!

Pros:

The location is central, very close to the tourist attractions, the breakfast is good, it can still be improved, the rooms are small but clean, and the staff is nice.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t come by our room during our stay, but overall everything was fine.

Mkt trevligt hotell i hjärtat av Köpenhamn.
Pros:

Rummet var mkt fint med allt man kunde behöva under en kort vistelse såsom skön säng, badrum med både dusch o badkar, vattenkokare, kylskåp, fön, strykjärn o strykbräda.
Personalen var hjälpsam o trevlig och restaurangen var bra

Cons:

Allt var bra. Faktiskt över vår förväntan.

Pros:

Konumu çok merkezi. Tren istasyonuna, Tivoli’ye, gezip görmeniz gereken her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Hava aşırı soğuktu olmasına rağmen her yere yürüyerek gidip geldik. Otopark sorunu yok. Odalar temiz, yeterli büyüklükte. Kahvaltısı da oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Yataklar biraz tuhaftı. Üst üste iki yatak koymuşlar, üstteki yatak sürekli kayıyordu. Aşırı rahatsız değildi ama gereksiz olmuş.

Man kunne godt fjerne badekar på værelse, og have brusekabine i stedet…..der er svært for “ ældre” at komme op i badekarret

Brilliant hotel, excellent location and staff.
Pros:

The staff were super helpful when I had an issue with payment, they rectified what they were able to and provided email addresses should I need help on my return home.
The towels were the nicest we have had in a hotel for a long time.
Breakfast was perfect, just the right amount of hot/cold selection, at weekends you could have prosecco/bucks fizz, good coffee machine. Hot food was turned around so nothing was ever cold by the time you got it it.
The location is central and we walked everywhere so no need for the Metro, but this was just across the road if we had needed it, Copenhagen Central station is just a 5-10 minute walk away.
We were able to leave our suitcases on arrival and departure days which is a great help.
I would like to mention Oliver as he gave exceptional customer service.
