Worst hilton we’ve ever stayed at. The only good thing is it’s near Shedd Aquarium where we went.

No towels in the pool, no comforter on the bed, almost 20 minutes waiting for the elevator while dripping with water and kids shivering since no towel despite of calling front desk several times. The whole stay waiting for 15-20 minutes for elevator.

Pros:

great location and breakfast was great! I would love to go back. The rooms were comfy and clean.

Cons:

The pool was not open. Maybe an after hours for adults. I was pretty bummed that I could not go out to the hot tub. I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub and was not able to use it.

The front staff was kind

Cons:

The elevator was broken which we understand however it was extremely dangerous that the stairs were not an available option considering you could not get an elevator ride due to the overwhelming amount of people needing to use it. To add to that there were no towels at the pool we called the staff to bring some they were never delivered and then we couldn't get a elevator to bring our very wet children up to the room and didn't have the stairs as an option either. The floors were soaked from this and it was extremely uncomfortable to stand waiting for an elevator soaked and in bathing suits. The bathrooms in the pool were far from cleaned and the toilet did not fully flush. We also had no comforters on our beds and there were tools left on the floor of our room the room was also not fully cleaned the remotes were terribly dirty and the back was missing.

There was no waters or anything to buy. Elevators only one worked. To Crowed for that. Pool and jacuzzi was not clean. TV did not work in bedroom. Staff was not friendly. Only one at check in.

Pros:

I love the room with the view. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

Cons:

I did not like how cold the room was and how long it took for it to warm up. We had to ask for extra blankets

My stay should have been better like the other hotels you have.
Pros:

The elevators were broken. It was overcrowded, double booked, or whatever the pool was dirty. Yes, and despite that I asked 4 rooms together, they gave me one room at 1 in the hall and the other 1 all the way at the other end of the hall. Yeah, I will not be staying there anymore. And I stay at Hilton. I stay here all the time.

Pros:

It was clean in the lobby and the rooms but the elevator had a horrible smell and in the halls to the rooms.

Cons:

The deposit for each night verse a solid deposit for the $75. The room is ordered a tub and only had a shower. The staff wasn't friendly.
