Good value good location just some quirks
Pros:

Clean close to everything,

Cons:

Well the phone in our room
Didn't work which was a problem ring they told us to call down to the valet to get out car so we had to wait excessively to retrieve our car from the garage, the cleaning service only came every other day to tidy up but there where only towels for one days worth of showers, and the one lady at checkout was a little rude

Glorious views and a beautiful location.
Pros:

Convenient for the museums and galleries. A 25 minute pleasant walk to the riverfront along the park. We had a corner room at the front so a super view to the lake.

Cons:

Towels only changed every 2 days.

I chose this property primarily for its parking facilities. I had requested a late check-in, and it was granted. However, when I arrived, I found that there was no parking available.
