Close to soldier field
The curtains were so dirty stains all over. The pillow were flat
Decent location downtown. Room was clean
Room was much smaller than expected. I thought the place would be more luxurious based on photos. Staff is not very helpful. Felt overpriced for what you get

Staff just hands you the key without checking reservation
Almost nonexistent seating in lobby that was filled with piped in air fresher that smelled like they were covering up a smelly cab in NYC, so overpowering we had to leave, that and no seating. Valet service was horrendous and after waiting to get a room, they put us in the wrong room then would not give us the correct room because they gave it to someone else, could not say stay away from this property enough times
Location was good. Rooms clean and nice although it was high rise. Unfortunately, there no free breakfast

The view I had from the 29th floor. The corner room was lovely. The bed and the shower in the bathroom was lovely. All of the room cleaners deserve at least a 2.50 raise. The rooms were clean

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience trying to get a room with Booking.com. The hotel was nice over the phone but could not find my reservation. Booking should have taken care of this after multiple calls and concerns, but they did not :(. I really wanted to stay here. The hotel front desk was accommodating it was all on booking.com that I had issues.

Way to expensive for what you get. No breakfast. Cold pool. Noisy at night.
South loop is prima locatie. Zowel naar downtown als naar buitenwijken. Eten en drinken in de buurt. Veilig.
Alleen (duur) valet parkeren, als je de buurt niet kent lastig uitzoeken waar je dan kunt parkeren.
