Absolute trash! Booking.com is a giant scam that will ruin your trip!
Pros:

Not a thing. Couldn’t stay there. Didn’t have a room there after paying for this place 2 months in advance and had a confirmation number and got there to be left stranded without a room while on vacation. Absolute garbage! Bullshit!

Would definitely stay again. Clean, large rooms. Definitely worth it overall!

Very clean and large rooms. Good views. The pool and hot tub were nice as well

Cons:

The only problem we ran into was that our room wasn’t ready for check in until about an hour and a half past when it was supposed to be ready. It was a very busy weekend/beginning of the week in Chicago with different events so booking was a little more expensive as well.

View of Lake Michigan from my room was breathtaking!!!!
Pros:

Fantastic location in South Loop. Around the corner from Trader Joe's and the Roosevelt station.

Cons:

Room was a little noisy. AC fan is very loud and the shower fixture was dripping frequently onto the metal drain cover.
