Excelente y recomendable experiencia
Pros:

La pileta, el desayuno, la habitación. Realmente quedé muy conforme en todo aspecto, inclusive la atención del personal fue muy buena. Lo único que lamento es no haberme quedado más días.

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind schön und bequem. Der Frühstuck ist sehr gut

Cons:

Das Hotel braucht Renovierungsarbeit. Der Frühstuck war sehr gut aber die letzten 15 Minuten kam das Personal 3 bis 4 Mal um uns zu erinnern, dass bald alles ausgeräumt wird. Es war belästigt. Es war ein "nicht Raucher-Zimmer" aber es hat schrecklich gerochen. Es hat mehrere Auszüge aber sie sind nicht koordiniert. Es braucht ewig, bis ein Lift kommt. Booking hat uns informiert, dass die Kreditkarte nur als Sicherheit genommen wird. Wir wollten bar bezahlen aber das Hotel hatte schon der Betrag aus der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Das Hotel ist nicht billig und insgesamt fanden wir, dass zu viele Kleinigkeiten nicht gestimmt haben.

Localização excelente, bem central e em frente ao Teatro Argentino, onde fui assistir a um concerto.
Instalações amplas e novas, cama confortável, cafeteira no quarto é excelente café da manhã, muito acima do padrão argentino.

Cons:

Iluminação do banheiro e da entrada do quarto poderia ser melhor

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel apprezzando molto la modernità e l'ampiezza delle camere. La posizione è ottima: a 5 minuti da Plaza Moreno e proprio di fronte al Teatro Argentino. Il punto forte è sicuramente l'area relax all'ultimo piano: la sauna è perfetta per rigenerarsi, mentre la piscina circondata da vetrate offre una vista spettacolare sulla città, specialmente al tramonto. Colazione ottima, varia e con prodotti freschi.

Cons:

Purtroppo, devo segnalare una nota negativa riguardo alla gestione della navetta aeroportuale. Viene pubblicizzata come gratuita, ma in realtà è a pagamento. Inoltre, la prenotazione è stata un'odissea: scrivendo dall'Italia, ogni operatore che rispondeva ignorava la conversazione precedente, costringendoci a ripetere tutte le informazioni da capo ogni volta. Un coordinamento migliore e più trasparenza sui costi eviterebbero grandi frustrazioni agli ospiti.
