Podria mejorar, algo limitado en opciones pero al menos cumplio las expectativas, la renovacion fue frecuente, pero no se reemplazaba con prontitud los cubiertos, que al final se opto por tomarlo de otras mesas vacias, el hotel estuvo algo vacio por lo que la zona del desayuno estuvo poco concurrido, el espacion no es tan grande.
El hotel cumplio las expectativas pero ya hay ciertos cosas que podrian mejorar o realizar un mantenimiento. El piso de las habitaciones tenia madera contrachapada pero imagino que por la humedad crujia cuando uno pisaba. Los canales de cable es lo justo para ver, no hay canales de pago que esten contratados lo que limitaba la opcion de ver otras series.

The management very bad..Nos hospedamos dos noches en este hotel en Lima. La primera noche fue muy agradable, pero lamentablemente la segunda experiencia fue completamente diferente.
Cerca de la medianoche, en la habitación de al lado había música extremadamente alta. Llamamos a recepción y enviaron a alguien, pero el volumen prácticamente no bajó. Tuvimos que llamar nuevamente y, como única solución, nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación.
Aceptar el cambio a esa hora fue muy incómodo, ya que implicó empacar y movernos en plena noche, algo que definitivamente no esperas en un hotel de este nivel.
Al día siguiente, intentamos hablar con el gerente, pero solo estaba su secretaria, quien no nos ofreció ninguna solución ni mostró mayor interés en resolver la situación. Nos fuimos con la sensación de que nuestra incomodidad no fue tomada en serio.
Una experiencia decepcionante en cuanto a atención al cliente. Esperábamos mucho más.We stayed at this hotel in Lima for two nights. The first night was great, but unfortunately, the second night was a completely different experience.
Around midnight, the room next door had extremely loud music. We called the front desk, and although someone was sent, the noise was barely reduced. We had to call again, and the only solution offered was to change rooms.
Accepting a room change at that hour was very inconvenient, as it required packing and moving in the middle of the night—something you definitely don’t expect from a hotel of this level.
The next day, we tried to speak with the manager, but only the secretary was available. She did not provide any real solution or show much concern about the situation. We left feeling like our discomfort was not taken seriously.
Overall, a disappointing experience in terms of customer service. We expected much better.
