Categories

Cleanliness
8.7
Generally praised as clean and well-kept in multiple reviews ("limpio", "todo impecable"), with isolated comments about disorganized housekeeping schedules rather than actual cleanliness.
Service
7.6
Mixed feedback: several positive notes on friendly, attentive staff and helpful reception, but recurring complaints about slow check-in, inconsistent housekeeping timing and at least one strongly negative overall experience.
Location
8.8
Consistently highlighted as a major pro ("Muy buena ubicación", multiple 'Location' mentions), residential and safe though sometimes noisy due to avenue traffic; overall a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described repeatedly as spacious, comfortable and with good beds ("habitación amplia", "cama grande y cómoda"), with AC and good views noted — generally very favorable.
Amenities
8.4
Positive mentions of gym and rooftop pool and functioning AC; minibar/charge incident and some comments about restaurant pricing are minor negatives but amenities are overall a strength.
Value for Money
7.8
Mixed: some guests cite good cost-benefit and reasonable value, while others find on-site dining and some services relatively expensive; overall slightly below target.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Several comments indicate breakfast and F&B could improve (limited variety, minimal/poor breakfast, lack of labeling and seating), though some guests enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant food.
Overall Experience
8.7
Majority of reviews report pleasant stays, friendly staff and comfortable rooms; a few negative experiences (check-in issues, isolated poor stays) temper the score but overall guest sentiment is positive.

Viaje tranquilo
Pros:
