La piscina muy chica,el buffet no tenía variedad y tenías que pedir para que renueven,el bar de la habitación no estaba surtido,,no había lo que decía en la lista,falta mas variedad y el servicio de restaurante pésimo no es bueno calidad precio!Pero la atención del personal del hotel muy buena!

Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno buffet delicioso y variado, la atencion muy amable, realmente regresaría

Cons:

La tina de baño no llenaba porque no tapaba bien por lo que no se pudo usar la tina pero de ahi todo bien

Desayuno normal nada espectacular piscina agradable, falta servicio en zona piscina

Cons:

Estacionamiento complicado para entrar y salir, cobro exta a acompsñante (Igb) siendo yo extranjero en más de 20 años visitando lima en diferentes hoteles primera vez que me cobran extra por acompañante

La experiencia fue decepcionante. Las instalaciones no reflejan lo que se muestra en las fotografías publicadas en la plataforma. La piscina y las áreas comunes se perciben considerablemente más amplias y atractivas en las imágenes que en la realidad.

Desde mi llegada manifesté mi inconformidad y solicité una solución o alternativa, pero no recibí apoyo ni una respuesta clara. La falta de gestión ante una queja válida generó aún más insatisfacción.

Considero que la información debería ser más transparente, ya que la diferencia entre lo ofrecido y lo recibido afecta directamente la experiencia del huésped.

Permitían solo 8 personas,sin tiempo regulado.
