No cleanliness no supportive staff
Location is good and provision of a well functioning lift is a good aspect.
Initially, a room was allotted to me which had bed bugs !! I raised the issue following which my room was changed.

The AC was too noisy. I couldn't sleep. When asked if there could be an alternate room provided, I was told "You need to co - operate". Pathetic service.
Hotel staff refused to provide me breakfast.
I booked a room with breakfast but the hotel staff refused to provide the breakfast for both days and I am still waiting for refund. Please do the needful to return my refund on time.
