Happy enough.
Pros:

Location especially for market around Fortessa.

Cons:

Room was tired. Breakfast mediocre. Reception indifferent. Couldn’t control air con.

Very good choice.
Pros:

Breakfast: overall very good, although there was no Cantucci ;-)
Very good location, close to main attractions and easy parking
Room was pretty good. Just some stains on the wall near to where we place the suitcases (probably because of everybody putting the suitcase there and opening against the wall.

Cons:

Atendimento péssimo! Indicaram um estacionamento que as quartas feiras vira uma feira! Simplesmente tomamos multa e o carro foi guinchado! Aonde já se viu não dar detalhes e orientações fundamentais! Voltamos para o hotel e fomos muito mal atendidas, a gerente geral não quis atender a gente, e quando decidiu falar conosco depois de muita insistência, foi extremamente grossa!!!

Well apointend hotel, just on the edge of the center of town.
Pros:

Our "superior room" had a balcony overlooking the soccer field. The room was nicely appointed with things like a shaving kit, toothbrush, shoe horn, brush, and comb already in it. The shower had good pressure, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and firm, the room size was adequate but not "large".

Cons:

The lights were a bit difficult to figure out; it seemed to be an all-or-nothing situation with them, and I would have liked to see more power outlets.

Great location, easy walking distance to the sights.
Pros:

Great location, nice room overlooking the city/sports field - the bells are good!

Staff very friendly, hotel is easy to find and an easy walk to all of the main sights to visit in the town.

Cons:

The bar is average - not really inviting to sit and relax to have an ed of day drink after walking around Sienna.
