Habitación buena y con un montón de aperitivos de bienvenida
Pros:

Me gustó la habitación y sobre todo los aperitivos de bienvenida que no son habituales, a parte de té y café que tiene todo el mundo, te obsequian con agua, frutos secos y patatas fritas. Me encantó el detalle

hotel bien placé, à 10 minutes à pieds du campo, à côté de la Fortezza pour faire un jogging, sallexde sport assez grande dans l hotel , chambre rénovée avec parquet bonne literie et housse de couette, petit balcon orienté sud, bon petit dejeuner et possibilité d un dîner simple à l hotel (soupe, pâtes, salade de fruits...), check in et out fluides et rapides, je recommande
l hotel n a pas de parking sur place, je me suis garée au parking souterrain santa caterina et sui venue à pieds car peu chargée et des escaliers roulants aident à monter, l hotel propose un valet parkibg aussi

Posizione strategica all’ingresso dell’area pedonale del centro storico.
Camera pulita, silenziosa e con un impagabile vista sulla chiesa di San Domenico e, lateralmente, sul magnifico Duomo.

Poca varietà nei prodotti offerti a Colazione: mancavano, ad esempio, spremute, centrifughe e pancake. Marmellate confezionate un po’ troppo dozzinali

Great hotel and SUPER staff

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. But what made this visit special was the staff, in particular Patrizia and Mario. I booked in early March, two days before the famous bike race weekend, Strade Bianche. But, intending to book the Friday and Saturday of that week, I accidentally booked two days in May. This would have cost me a lot of money, as it was non-refundable, but the staff was tremendous in finding a way to get me out of this problem and putting me on the wait list for the second day, which at the time was booked out. The guys were truly amazing and made this weekend the special weekend it was intended to be. We'll definitely be back. The value for money is rated lower merely due to the high price we paid, given the weekend it was, and the fact that everywhere was fully booked for the event. That's market pricin

Удобное расположение: практически не границе современного и исторического города. Большой отель, большие номера, большой холл, большой ресторан. Номер современный и удобный (кроме сантехники). Самые приятные впечатления. Завтрак прекрасный.
Convenient location: practically on the border between the modern and historic city. Large hotel, large rooms, large lobby, large restaurant. The room is modern and comfortable (except for the bathroom equipment). A most pleasant experience. The breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

Сантехника старая, требует замены: подтекает унитаз, душевая кабинка не закрывается, лейка душа тоже подтекает.
The bathroom equipment is old and needs to be replaced: the toilet is leaking, the shower stall doesn't close, and the shower head is leaking too.
