Pros:

Hotel situato a ridosso del centro storico della città, personale gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che avevano fatto un upgrade della stanza e assegnata una camera con vista sul Duomo. Camera pulita di discrete dimensioni, bagno pulito e dotato di un ottimo set di cortesia. Colazione con prodotti freschi, di qualità e con un buon assortimento.

Cons:

La camera avrebbe bisogno di diversi lavori di manutenzione, da sistemare gli sportelli che non si chiudono, le porte scrostate, ma soprattutto l'insonorizzazione degli infissi. Ventola del bagno non funzionante. Nel biglietto di benvenuto va bene augurare al titolare della prenotazione un buon soggiorno, ma è scortese dimenticare che gli ospiti dell'hotel sono due.
