La pulizia gli spazi ed i servizi sono ottimi
Il personale soprattutto alla reception potrebbe essere un filo più cortese
The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated.
The bathroom wasn’t very practical - the shower head was fixed very low and the water pressure was weak. The TV was not a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect my phone or stream content, and all movies available through the system were charged extra.
The biggest issue was the billing. At check-in, the receptionist simply asked for my card to be charged without clearly explaining the amount, even though I was asking for details. I was also charged for valet parking that I did not request or use. When I later contacted the hotel about the discrepancy, communication was slow and not handled properly - they kept sending the same receipt again without actually answering my questions.
Location is fab. Smack bang downtown and easy to walk to everywhere.
Bed was not comfortable. They came to add a mattress topper which was good but still wasnt the best sleep to be honest but they did what they could.
Proximity to Chinatown and downtown Boston.
Very pricey
It was very well located
The sauna - one of the main reasons I have chosen this hotel - was out of order without any notice. The hotel room was run down (the furniture was serene and scratched, there was rust in the shower) and not very clean - I found someone else artificial fingernail in the bathroom. Furthermore, my room had a connecting door to another room, which made it very noisy, and you could hear all conversations and activities in the neighboring room until very late at night…
Bartenders are not friendly at all!!!!
Parfait merci

Location is awesome, walk few minutes to Chinatown. I always stay here when i visit Boston. Staffs are kind, helpful & informative. This is a special trip for us as I able to take my elder parents (85 & 90yo) to stay. Communicated via email with hotel & was able to apply guest of honor award to both. Mr. Dewolf/ Mr. Yost are very helpful, confirm connecting rooms & a city view on high floor rooms for all of us. Also welcome us with delicious cookies plate & extra water. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in cleaning the room. We come back from a long day and such a nice feeling walking into a nice clean room. Breakfast is awesome, I and my son ate enjoyed the food, Shout out to William at Avenue One. Also thank you to front desk agents ( Trek/ Chris/Thanh) to accommodate my requests during stay. Overall, I truly appreciate them all for being professional, helpful and kind especially I have my elder parents with me plus the stress of being stuck one extra day when the blizzard Nor’easter come.
Great area...the hotel had a great staffing and the food was great in the hotel and fantastic gym and pool area ..also clean
My room was good ..was happy with this hotel..I would definitely stay there again..
I have to say everything was good 👍
Was happy that we picked this hotel.
Just wished the food area was a s open longer and roomservice need to longer hours 😫
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Boston while I attended a conference at the Thomas M. Menino Conference and Exhibition Center. I used Lyft to commute between the hotel and the convention center. The location was convenient. My room was clean and comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep each evening because the environment was quiet and peaceful and my bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it was delicious. The hotel staff is cordial, professional and helpful. I socialized with my fellow conference attendees in the evening but it was nice to hop in a ride share to escape the hubbub and return to the Hyatt Regency Boston.
Stayed here for three. Nights during the snow storm. The hotel rooms are nice, the restaurant is flavorful and the people are great. The gym is large, if a little outdated. The location is great with a lot to do and places to eat. Will stay here agin for sure.
