Fantástico hotel en el centro de Boston
Pros:

Teniendo en cuenta que es Estados Unidos, la habitación era enorme y muy cómoda, el único "pero" es que la nevera del minibar hacía mucho ruido y por la noche se notaba (pero pudimos dormir bien, aunque nos despertáramos alguna vez por el ruido que hacía). La ubicación del hotel excelente, en el centro y pudiéndote mover fácilmente ya fuera andando o con transporte público.

Cons:

El ruido de la nevera del minibar y que haya como dos recepciones.

Pros:

Very close to everything very pretty and spacious. Love the bartender bill he was amazing.

Cons:

Food was bland. And the shower head was so terrible. Front desk lady attitude changed once my card got declined which my card was locked. And she expected me to know things and got frustrated.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, las camas son excelentes, el baño es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado. El buffet del desayuno es variado y ofrecen bastante fruta. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

Cons:

El hotel es muy grande y en las zonas comunes hace frío. También en una de las dos habitaciones que ocupamos la calefacción no iba del todo bien y pasamos frío por la noche.

Major disappointment that we did not get the room that we had reserved.
Pros:

King size bed was very good. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

Cons:

We had reserved a "Corner Queen" room, which would have given us two queen beds, and a sofa bed. My 17-year old son had wanted to treat us, and had chosen this stay specifically so his dad and sister could have comfortable accomodations. I had called the hotel to confirm that we would need to have a late check-in due to our flight arrival, and when we got to the hotel (1AM) and checked in, all seemed fine until we got to the room and it was only a standard two queen (no sofa bed). I went back to the front desk, and after apologies that we did not get the corner queen room as reserved, they did not have any corner queens available. The standard room would not really fit a roll-away, so the clerk upgraded us to a Junior Suite. When we got there, it only had a King bed and pull out sofa. The hotel did bring up a roll-away, and we settled in (2:30AM?). I found that the King bed was indeed very nice, but the roll-away and sofa bed were both disappointing, and my son and daughter did not sleep as well as they might, which may have been a negative influence on our sightseeing.

Kann man machen, wenn man in Boston Downtown übernachten muss.
Pros:

Das Hyatt Recy ist ein bodenständiges Kettenhotel. Es hat alles, was man braucht, das Frühstücksbuffet ist normal gut, das Personal sehr freundlich außer an der Rezeption. Dort wird viel Geld gespart und schlecht ausgebildetes, unmotiviertes Personal hingestellt.

Cons:

Das Personal von der Rezeption, schlecht ausgebildet, wahrscheinlich schlecht bezahlt und nicht motiviert, es fehlt an Know-how. Auch war die Schlussrechnung falsch und musste nach intervenieren von zu Hause aus korrigiert werden.
