Personal: es ist etwas befremdlich, wenn in Wien an der Rezeption nur Englisch gesprochen wird, keine Verstädnigung auf Deutsch möglich

Overall a pleasant experience
Pros:

The room matched the pictures and was super clean. We got a room facing the inner yard so it was very peaceful. The staff was very friendly. The tram stop was right by the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have a proper door, just a glass panel so you could hear everything from there.

Kedves volt a fogadtatás, tiszta, kényelmes és rendezett a szállás. Mellette bolt található. Könnyen megközelíthető villamossal és metróval. Villamos megállóhely közvetlenül a szállás mellett van.

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. A recepción tanácsot adtak a jegyvásárlási lehetőségekről és arról is infót kaptunk, hogy melyiket érdemes venni. Valamint kaptunk egy összefoglalót is a húsvéti programokról, illetve a város nevezetességeiről és hogyan tudunk odajutni. Tiszta szállás. Kényelmes ágy. Pici volt a szobánk, de a néhány napos ott tartózkodásra tökéletes volt. A reggeli bőséges és széles választékú volt. Mindenki tudott kedvére valót találni a svédasztalon.
