The room was spacious.

I chose this hotel because Booking showed it as a 4-star hotel with private parking. Unfortunately, the parking information was misleading. It was not clearly stated that parking had to be reserved directly through the hotel website, and we found this out only on arrival after a long journey. The staff was polite but did not offer a solution, only repeating that it should have been reserved.
The room was spacious, but the standard was far below a 4-star hotel. There was no drinking water, no slippers, no toilet brush, the towel warmer did not work, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom door did not close properly, the shower was very small, and there were cleaning issues such as stains, limescale, dust, and a hair on the sofa bed. The sofa bed sheets also had holes.
The breakfast was disappointing: limited choice, poor coffee, not fresh pastries, and some low-quality products. The key cards did not work at first, and the Wi-Fi instructions were unclear.

Esperienza meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Exe di Vienna insieme alla nostra famiglia e a quella di alcuni amici e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza.
L'hotel è molto pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Le camere erano confortevoli e gli ambienti sempre ordinati. Un altro grande punto di forza è il personale: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, cordiali e sempre disponibili ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento.
Inoltre, la posizione è davvero comoda per visitare Vienna. Proprio davanti all'hotel si trova la fermata del tram numero 44, che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro della città e di spostarsi senza difficoltà.
Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Vienna. Se dovessimo tornare in città, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

Goed bereikbaar (halte van tram 44 voor de deur en metro U6 op loopafstand). Personeel was erg vriendelijk, kamer was ruim en schoon, ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Ik sliep op een bankbed; dit was niet enorm comfortabel (ik voelde een ijzeren balk in mijn rug). Het dubbelbed waar mijn zoons in sliepen was uitstekend.
