Thanks to the staff waiting for me at the airport for 45 minutes. I forgot ask the hotel pick me up at the airport. This is because someone dropped me off at the hotel. I am sorry about that and very much appreciate the hotel staff's kindness

Cons:

Das Personal ist unerfahren und sie meisten sind unfreundlich. Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen oder Anliegen war ebenfalls nicht gut. Beispielsweise haben wir mehrfach telefonisch bei der Rezeption nach einem Bügeleisen nachgefragt und und wurde immer wieder bestätigt, dass dieser gebracht wird, aber wir haben nie einen Bügeleisen erhalten.

Cons:

Very weak and slow wi fi internet which ruined my business trip. Also the mobile signal was absent at my second visit in the 3rd floor, I begged staff to move me to higher level, they refused. I lost the ability to communicate at very critical time. I was vey upset. I will never be back again.

Wonderful and memorable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast had a reasonable choice of food. The waiters/cook were always available for any extra questions/need. The airport shuttle from hotel was tailored to my time which was very convenient. I also liked the fact that the lobby had a few TV screens showing sports channels which was not the case in a hotel I stayed in previously.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a street with a number of options for eating out. The street is a bit busy though.

The hotel is less than ten minutes from the airport.

Cons:

Some noise from the bar/restaurant/club across the road from the hotel.
