Pros:

Vista la posizione sopraelevata la sera abbiamo goduto di una vista meravigliosa, la piscina a sfioro è aperta fino a tardi ed è possibile rilassarsi con una bella nuotata. La camera era molto accogliente ed il personale disponibile a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta, ci siamo pentiti di non aver prenotato più notti!

Pros:

We had a nice checkin in, Kaveesha did a great job. She also arranged expresslaundry service for us. Nice. Nice dinner optuons.

Cons:

The man/supervisor at the restaurant seemed to be stressed he did all the work. The boy and girl were helping but they did not really get a chance. He wants to be too much in control. The breakfast the smell of kitchen was in the whole restaurant so all our clothes stunk to fried eggs. The next day the other supervisor was really nice and peaceful and you noticed that the boy and girl were more relaxed and they helped very good. The jacuzzi was not working, so if guests pay for the suite they like that. So get it fixed or lower in price or give the guests complementary breakfast or dinner. There was one cockroach in the room. The doorman touched my daughter in the face, she had wounds. It is inappropriated to touch people. We will not return.

Amazing views
Pros:

Amazing views from our room, dining room and pool area. Food very good as was the service from all the staff.
Helped with tuk tuk to the temple as hotel is high up on outskirts of Kandy.
Definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing- all good.

Heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Vanaf het moment dat je aankomt, is het geweldig. Het super aardige personeel. De ruime kamer, het goede restaurant, het uitzicht, de lokatie, het fijne zwembad.
Maar één persoon maakt het verblijf speciaal, de ober in het restaurant. Wat een topper. Schuift jouw stoel aan, houdt de deur open, legt het server op jouw schoot, schenkt het bier in. Wat een aardige, vriendelijke man. Kortom een heel fijn verblijf.
