We had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Kandy. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly lovely - warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special.

Side note, we used their laundry service, which was surprisingly impressive - fast, high quality, and very convenient.

The food was great, with a great variety of dishes that were fresh and full of flavor. Whether we were eating indoors or out on the balcony, the atmosphere was just perfect. The restaurant’s design is filled with large glass windows, so even when you’re inside you can still take in the stunning views of the surrounding nature in Kandy.

The pool area is amazing, offering breathtaking views that are both relaxing and picture-perfect.

We also tried the relaxation massage, and it was truly exceptional. My cousin—who is actually a professional masseuse—said it was one of the top massages he has ever had in his life, which says a lot about the quality!

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy who wants comfort, beauty, and outstanding service.

Dojazd, słabe oznakowanie pomimo wysłania instrukcji dojazdu. Sama instrukcja była niejasna i oparta na zdjęciach które nie sprawdziły się w nocy... Może za dnia wyszło by lepiej.

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön & die Betten sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Zu Beginn hatte ich aufgrund Allergene nach Soja/Hafermilch angefragt. Laut Chat sollte ich diese auch bekommen, allerdings gab es beim Frühstück keine. Auf erneute Nachfrage im Chat wurde nicht reagiert.
Als wir beim Frühstück saßen, waren wir noch alleine im Raum. Für uns wurde die Omlette Station nicht extra besetzt, als 2-3 weitere Gäste in den Frühstücksraum kamen, wurde die Omlette Station dann besetzt.

Natürlich die Ausicht und der Pool. Zimmergrösse war Ok und das Personal war freundlich.
Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist anspruchsvoll mit dem Auto aber machte uns Spass.

Cons:

Allgemein wirkt das Hotel ziemlich steril und ungemütlich. Aber das empfindet jeder anders.
Das Frühstück war kein Buffet und definitiv sein Geld nicht wert. Nur 2 Toasts waren frisch getoastet sonst hatten wir nur Gummigebäck. Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Möglichkeit zum Abstellen von Getränken oder Aschenbecher, Buch etc. Ein kleiner Tisch könnte helfen.
Das man beim Auschecken einen Bewertungsbogen ausfüllen soll mag ja noch gehen, aber das wir dann noch über das Ergebnis diskutieren sollten fanden wir dann doch seltsam.

Er was een verkeerde kamer voor ons gereserveerd.
2x een 1-persons bed, in plaats van een ruim 2 persoon bed.
Ook wilde ze een factuur van het restaurant door ons laten betalen, maar wij hadden er niet gegeten.
