Pros:

Beach property. Very nice beach if you plan a beach vacation. Very simple but spacious cabana. More of a camping atmosphere. Car a must to get around. Far from luxurious, but if your expectations are simple it will do. Room was clean , breakfast was soso, again very simple. Many tents around and RVs. The best part is that the room is approximately 20 steps from the ocean.
