Fijne accomodatie. Geweldige prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Was blij verrast.
Pros:

Personeel was supee vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hebben goeie kennis van zaken.

Cons:

Eingelijk niks. Dit was onze tweede keer binnen korte tijd. Beide keren viel niks tegen.

Semanas antes deixei este hotel com uma avaliação de 10*, desta vez não avalio só com 1, porque o pequeno almoço estava óptimo como sempre e o quarto é confortavel.

Cons:

Quarto sem limpeza mínima adequada. Banheiro sujo, quarto com pó no chão e nas mobílias. Chicletes coladas na mobília. Passei 2 noites sem substituição de chávenas e copos, os sujos nem recolhidos foram. Tive que me deslocar a noite a recepção para ir buscar copos de papel. Reclamação de toda a situação foi feita e pedido de limpeza integral e nada foi feito. Só foi resolvido na 4 noite da estadia. Funcionários da recepção pouco acolhedores e receptivos as reclamações efectuadas. Um dos elevadores completamente sujo de vomito mais de 30m e nem sequer o bloquearam para os hóspedes poderem utilizarem os outros sem o sujo estar sempre abrir e a ter que suportar com o cheiro nauseabundo que de lá provinha.
Uma funcionária do bar sem qualquer tipo de responsabilidade pelo papel que desempenha, serviu me em um copo partido, chamei atenção, limitou se a verter a bebida em outro copo, alegando que só trocavam o copo, de uma nada profissional quer de atitude quer de carácter e tremenda falta de responsabilidade e respeito. Tudo o que eu tinha ficado em mente sobre este hotel que me fez voltar lá a ficar, ficou nesta estadia resumido a um não querer lá mais ir infelizmente. Muitos funcionários, pouca gestão.
