Pros:

床墊的軟硬度

Cons:

1. 抵達時飯店車位已滿 先生被引導至另一處停車 門口無安排接待人員 只能一人提著兩個行李爬階梯到大廳
2. Check-in時櫃檯人員飛速敘述房號、設施等 未曾等客戶反應過來便急著送客
3. 進房時廁所裡的垃圾桶有一張使用過的衛生紙未清理
4. 觀看Netflix需自行到櫃檯押證件租借「電視盒」 因不熟悉使用方式求助時 櫃檯告知忙完即會上樓協助卻一夜未至
5. 早餐送達時希望可以提供多兩顆咖啡膠囊卻被拒絕

房間大又舒適，適合帶小孩的家庭
Pros:

房間乾淨沒什麼灰塵，房間大又舒適，還有泡湯浴池。
有嬰兒床。
房間附的茶點很好喝。
早餐直接送進房間，可選中式和西式早餐，我訂的是無附早餐方案但住宿方送我早餐！
美人湯有股香香的味道，洗起來滑滑的，出住後還是很懷念。

Cons:

公共浴池只有兩池可選，浴池的水不是過熱就是過冷，無法久待。
反映後櫃台人員只問我要不要喝水散熱，無言。
公共浴池的屋頂漏水，雨天時雨水會漏進來。
房間的床鋪太硬了。
有廚房沒有任何的廚具，至少要有主動提出的租借方案？
