不如預期
Pros:

1. 房間可泡湯很棒
2. 房間空間很大、視野不錯

Cons:

1. 服務品質不太好，吃早餐說明要兒童座椅還要自己拿
2. 電梯門口前通道窄，常會與房務人員相互干涉
3. 男大眾湯的溫度太低了，才34~38 oC

推薦想要懶在飯店的人
Pros:

從入住開始，
服務人員態度非常親切，甚至蠻有人情味的，
然後接著上樓後，開門看到房間的那一刻覺得還不錯，但有發現溫泉的水好像會有點卡卡出不來的感覺😅，
不知道是不是因為歷史悠久的關係，
但整體很舒服還不錯，然後床的部分太硬有點難入睡（硬的程度大概是頭瞬間躺下去會有點痛的那種），
沙發比較好睡哈哈哈，陽台的風景很好！
可以看到淡江大橋，然後客房餐飲也不錯！，
SPA如果有機會一定要去體驗，
我覺得贏過外面五六千的按摩了，
食物的部分，早餐菜色有點少，晚餐菜色還不錯，
尤其是切片鴨！，整體推薦想要去放鬆的人。

Cons:

床有點太硬哈哈哈，然後陽台燈裡蟲太多有點可怕，但因為陽台門上有警告標示所以還能接受，客房餐飲的燒賣有點腥味，希望能夠改善。

這是一次令人失望的住宿經驗
Pros:

床墊的軟硬度

Cons:

1. 抵達時飯店車位已滿 先生被引導至另一處停車 門口無安排接待人員 只能一人提著兩個行李爬階梯到大廳
2. Check-in時櫃檯人員飛速敘述房號、設施等 未曾等客戶反應過來便急著送客
3. 進房時廁所裡的垃圾桶有一張使用過的衛生紙未清理
4. 觀看Netflix需自行到櫃檯押證件租借「電視盒」 因不熟悉使用方式求助時 櫃檯告知忙完即會上樓協助卻一夜未至
5. 早餐送達時希望可以提供多兩顆咖啡膠囊卻被拒絕

房間大又舒適，適合帶小孩的家庭
Pros:

房間乾淨沒什麼灰塵，房間大又舒適，還有泡湯浴池。
有嬰兒床。
房間附的茶點很好喝。
早餐直接送進房間，可選中式和西式早餐，我訂的是無附早餐方案但住宿方送我早餐！
美人湯有股香香的味道，洗起來滑滑的，出住後還是很懷念。

Cons:

公共浴池只有兩池可選，浴池的水不是過熱就是過冷，無法久待。
反映後櫃台人員只問我要不要喝水散熱，無言。
公共浴池的屋頂漏水，雨天時雨水會漏進來。
房間的床鋪太硬了。
有廚房沒有任何的廚具，至少要有主動提出的租借方案？
