Nice People, very poor maintenance
Pros:

Frank was very polite, gentle and willing to help... it made things very easy.

But the problem is that the hotel activity is almost inoperative; you can see it was a nice hotel in the past, but it seems they are more focused in other activities (like the bar, or the party venue) and they don't pay much attention about the hotel itself... the installations are very poor maintained, and most of the amenities are not working (no wi-fi, no TV, no extra activities, etc.).
Otherwise the place is clean and the view is astounding; a pity they don't really care more for the facilities.
